great time in coconut grove

The unit is very nice and has a wonderful blick. it is within a hotel so you feel like you are in a hotel with all the comforts a hotel can bring you. The pool is heated so it is great and the service was excellent. Joe and Deborah were very kind and very helpful. The best thing about the unit is the location, you can walk to many restaurants and do many things by foot. We are glad we stayed there, we certainly recommend it.

The view from the balcony and location of the property are really nice. Balcony could use a cleaning. The room was satisfactory. Problems with the AC being noisy and inoperable at times was annoying. The bathroom was in need of an overhaul. The tub shower head was dirty and wouldn't stop leaking after being turned off. The toilet was a disaster! The bowl wouldn't fill up enough to use. The pump in the tank worked only 75% of the time. The toilet seat had a missing bumper but was manageable. Cleaners do not clean enough under the seat. Also, there was black hair on the walls and ceiling. My wife is blonde so we know it's not ours. They need to do a better job cleaning! The kitchenette was a bit outdated with older cabinets. No freezer so don't expect it! Dust and dirt everywhere. If you're good with getting black feet, you can walk around barefoot. I told the owner but this was put off as we were there for a few days. My wife laughed at this. She wanted to see what they use to clean the floors. Just an average room for the price. We were hoping to find a place to return to every year but we won't be returning.

Schönes Studio in perfekter Lage

Das Studio war exakt wie die Fotos in der Beschreibung. Es war ansprechend eingerichtet und hatte genügend Stauraum für Kleidung. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Kaffeemaschine war perfekt für den ersten Kaffee auf dem Balkon mit herrlichem Blick. Der kostenlose Parkplatz im Parkhaus des Hotels ist ein großes Plus.

Great Location

Can walk to local restaurants, shops and marina. Nice pool and hot tub. The room is clean but a little small (it is a hotel room with 2 beds). Wasn't able to get into the room on day 1 until 4:30pm which was a little disappointing after a long day of travel. Good hosts and responsive to questions.

Great Coconut Grove location

Stayed here a few days in August. Location to everything in Coconut Grove is great. Very walkable to shops, restaurants and waterfront marina. Unit was very nice, clean and just as pictures showed. Great view from the balcony of the marina.

Clean and comfortable unit with great view

I stayed in this unit with 2 adults, and it was perfect. The balcony view is exactly as pictured, and the unit was nicely equipped with basic kitchen utensils/crockery. The owner was very communicative and the check in process was seamless. Walking distance to so many great restaurants! Would definitely stay here again!

Coconut Grove Studio with Ocean Views

The studio was all we needed. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony with attractive views of the local sailing club and Peacock Park. The room was quiet. Plentiful and good restaurants nearby. Excellent communication with the owners.

First trip to Miami

Centrally located, excellent view. On site parking, pool, workout center, and more. Friendly service with lots to do just by walking out he door, or 10 minutes from downtown. Thank for the nice well adjusted priced place to stay.

Beautiful and relaxing escape

The ocean front room was beautiful and clean. Room has all the conveniences. Appreciated the hotel parking at no extra charge. Plenty of great restaurants and shopping surrounding the building/ hotel! Love the area. Highly Recommend!
