It nice and very clean the only thing the smoke detectors were not installed in the bedrooms other other than I would definitely recommend and put this as one of my favorite places to stay

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! House REEKED of marijuana, we could hardly breathe! The house and ductwork needs seriously cleaned after a group of guests refused to leave the property the day of our arrival. The owner warned us of their late departure stating we may not be able to check in until 8pm complaining they were horrible guests but never mentioned that they smoked the place out and we may want to find somewhere else to stay. We opened the door on arrival to be overwhelmed and nauseated by the stench and were concerned about our children’s safety breathing that in all night. After being told how terrible the previous guests were, we were uncomfortable using many of the amenities for fear of what happened there. The smoke detector in the master bedroom woke us up chirping then found that 3 of the smoke detectors in the house had been removed. On top of that, we found a 6 legged bug on us from the bed and the hot tub was low on water. We waited over an hour for it to heat up before finally giving up. This was one of the features that drew us to the house. After informing the owner of our disappointment and requesting him to make it right, he acknowledged that he knew it was bad and only made excuses complaining that they had to pay an additional person to come clean and they tried to air it out the best they could, but avoided doing the right thing by offering us compensation for the unfortunate situation we were in. THANK GOODNESS WE WERE ONLY STAYING ONE NIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Home was amazing! It was the coldest day in Florida and the host came and dropped off heaters. They were easy to contact, home was spacious for our large family. Book this home, it's so worth it if your visiting the Miami area with your family.

The host was welcoming and very responsive, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the home was not clean upon arrival. We noticed dirt throughout the house that required sweeping, and there was hair in the bathtub. The owner explained that the cleaning company was rushed and new to the property, and they did return on our last day to clean again.Overall, the condition of the property could use attention. There were several broken chairs both inside and outside, a damaged tub spout, and a peeling countertop.With a vending machine in the house that had condoms in them, it felt like a cheap motel instead of a home for a family.

We loved this property. Plenty of beds for all 10 of us to be comfortable plus lounge space for us all. The hot tub was excellent and the mangos in the backyard will be remembered forever!

Hidden Gem

Host was super responsive from the beginning. before I even booked this house, I reached out and the host answer all of our questions promptly. we have a big family from ages ranging from 1yrs-65+ and everyone loved the house. he really though of everything. We were surprised by the fruit tree in the backyard. will definitely be staying in here again next time I'm in homestead and need a big house.

Perfect house for a group

I was traveling with colleagues from work. We were a group of 5. Kevin’s house was perfect for us with plenty of space. There is plenty of things to do at the house to keep you busy, including a billiards table, video game and a foosball table. Outside there is a jacuzzi, hammock and a bbq to use. Kevin communicated excellent and made the booking simple. Thanks for a great stay!
