"NO RESPETARON LOS BENEFICIOS QUE EXPEDIA ME DIO, diciendo que no tenía ningún crédito ni promoción. El agua fría salió sucia en la tina y en el lavabo, dijeron que era "normal" por el tiempo que lleva "estancada". La regadera tiene mucha presión, por lo que sufrí cuando me bañé. A pesar de ser un "clásico", le falta bastante mantenimiento. Al inicio me dieron una habitación que parecía ratonera (la última del hotel en el último rincón de todo, obvio tenía una iluminación y una vista terrible que ir daba a un embudo); de inmediato pedí mi cambio."

In summer this may not be a big problem, but when the weather is cold it is very unpleasant. The staff is friendly and the hotel is well located, but there are better hotels in the area with a much better value for the price. This is the worst hotel I have stayed at in Mexico City."

"El hotel está muy bonito, con esa temática de hotel rústico, fuentes con agua, macetas plantas escaleras de cantera, los muebles muy al estilo. Todo limpio y en excelentes condiciones. Céntrico y buena ubicación. Estaría genial un frigobar en la habitación, solo tuve un detalle con una persona del hotel que al hablar por teléfono con él previo a mi visita se portó bastante grosero ya que no dió la información requerida. Después hablé otro día con otra persona y muy bien. "
