El lugar es hermoso y tiene una excelente ubicación. Todo el personal muy amable y servicial. No me gustó que el baño no estuviera bien hecho y ordenado. Y el restaurante no me pareció muy bueno.

Estimado Sr. Chavez: Gracias por haber estado con nosotros. La habitación que reservo es una habitación superior, es amplia y tiene dos camas queen con 23 mts cuadrados. Le sugerimos que en su proxima estancia, reserve una habitación Grand Deluxe Double Room con 37 m cuadrados y dos camas queen. Esperamos verlo pronto, trabajamos para que su estancia sea placentera y cumplir con sus expectativas. Que tenga un excelente día.

All was great until I got to my room at night and it was not cleaned. Receptionist was not able to help given it was late. I’m staying in the hotel again this weekend and I have mixed feelings given this experience. I would have probably cancelled it, if I had time to look for an alternative and the cancellation fee was not applicable.

This is truly the most amazing hotel we have ever stayed in. Would give 10 stars if possible. The care and details put into every aspect is unmatched. I have stayed at many luxury hotels and this beats them all. (Also most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in) Thank you again and we will absolutely return!

We have stayed at many hotels in Mexico City including the Four Seasons, the St. Regis and the J.W. Marriott. All are beautiful hotels but are large and impersonal. The Alest feels like home. It is is beautifully appointed and comfortable. It is right in the heart of Polanco, an easy walk from the best restaurants and bars but on a very quiet street so one step removed from the hustle and bustle. What really sets the Alest apart though is the staff. They really want you to feel at home and they strive to accommodate your every need. Victor is incredible. He learned my wife’s and my name and the first day and greeted us by name every time we saw him the rest of our trip. Much has been written about the beautiful design of the hotel and it is beautiful but the ambiance created by the staff is what makes it truly remarkable.

Im afraid to even write this review..this is a hidden gem I want to keep to myself lol: This HAS to be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and I’ve stayed around the world. I would think I was in Paris for €700 a night. The location, the staff, the beauty of this place is 5 star. Every detail thought of. I WILL be back just for this hotel alone. Victor in the lobby was an amazing host.
