"This place was great for our group of 4 young ski families. There was enough space for everyone to hang out comfortably and the in-law unit above the garage offered a quieter space to escape for a bit. The drive to Sunday River was an easy 10min, and the 3 car garage allowed all of us to park (and recharge) our cars easily. The driveway was in great condition and had been plowed thoroughly, so no one had trouble getting in or out. Happy we stayed here and would definitely return in the future...

The outdoor space provided great options for the ceremony location and for the reception, inside and outside spaces were perfect! We hosted approx. 20 people for the ceremony and had about 120 for the reception and there was enough room. We hosted guests as young as 2 weeks and as old as 92. "We really enjoyed our stay in the summertime. The area was so quiet and peaceful; almost no traffic. The house was very clean and “modern”. Decorated nicely. "We had a great time for new years with a group of 24. There was plenty of room to spread out. Location of the home is fantastic for skiing at Sunday River. We were also very pleased with the cleanliness of the home and the snow removal service. A few upgrades to pots/pans and sleeper sofa are recommended but overall a fantastic stay."

"The house was perfect and made our 3 day stay terrific. We had 4 people and 2 dogs for our stay. The fenced in yard was great and the property was large and private on a quiet road just outside the center of Bethel. We visited the area and ate meals around town. The house rental could not have been easier, got the code to unlock before arriving and had no issues. There were plenty of towels and we did our laundry while there to make our arrival ho.e easier.
