"Quiet room, good kitchen, nice bathroom. Could use a couple of side table lamps, an iron and ironing board, and maybe a set of sheet for the couch pullout bed. Overall it's a lovely accommodation and i would definitely stay again and also recommend it to others."

"Absolutely gorgeous. Peaceful. Beautiful view of the Sooke Harbour, Sooke Bay, and the Juan de Fuca Strait, with faded Olympia Mountains in the distance. The sauna was a magnificent bonus, relaxing our muscles after long hikes to wild beaches. Host and hostess were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. "

"Myself, my parents, and our two dogs stayed here and absolutely loved it!! We were a short drive to Victoria (didn't have enough time to explore Sooke or Metchosin this time), and sometimes didn't even want to leave as there was so much to do at the house! It was so quiet and peaceful. We loved the hot tub, pond with floaties, hammock, trail to walk the pups, the incredible deck to watch the sunset, and berry picking. The kitchen was wonderful and had everything we needed to make a special...

"Very accessible to Bear Mountain and Langford, plus this cozy suite was also very comfortable and outfitted with all brand new appliances, furnishings and kitchenware. The host (Steve - lives upstairs with his family) and was very friendly and accommodating (readily assisted us with WiFi issues). At the moment, it is a new neighbourhood with lots of construction during the days, but no issues parking at night. "
