We weren’t aware that anyone rented down there until we arrived and read about it in the welcome binder. We were playing cards at the table in the house with our adult children and our seventy year old in laws. The downstairs renter started banging on the floor/his ceiling and shouted for us to shut up. "Our host Adam was great, even letting us check in a few hours early. Very responsive and welcoming. The home is well furnished and comfortable. Excellent beds and dining area. For me the kitchen was outstanding! We have to eat a specific diet and the kitchen can make or break a vacation. Well stocked with cooking gear and functional appliances. Overall this property and host are wonderful. Thanks so much."
