"This house is well equipped for families with children and multiple families traveling together. We really appreciated the kids plates and cups and a well stocked kitchen. The home was comfortable with plenty of extra towels and blankets, and room for everyone. The outdoor chess set and Pac-Man were enjoyed by all. We would stay here again!"

"This place was great. Very clean, open feel, beautifully decorated and thank goodness for the swamp cooler! Perfect fit for what our family needed."

"Great s’mores bar and coffee! Wonderful yard area for the furry friends."

"Our group was 4 people, my wife and I and our two adult children. For us it was plenty of space. Each daughter got her own room and bathroom, which helped everything go smoothly. We cooked every meal in, and the kitchen worked great for us. It's also a great location, since it's within walking distance of downtown Grand Junction and also near a trail along the Colorado River. If we decide to come back to Grand Junction next year, we will definitely want to stay at this property."
