"Home was clean and on a quiet street. Everything we needed was there, including coffee. Following Google maps the neighborhood just before we arrived was a little sketchy, but the area directly around the home was nice enough. A car is a must, there is nothing less than a few miles away."

"We first stayed at Tres Chivos last year while we were in town for the Nightvision music festival and loved it! So when we saw that it was available this year we jumped at the chance to stay again. Its just such a cute, cozy, quiet place. Very clean and has everything you need. We love the horses, goats and sheep. The owners are so kind! We love it here and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to or through Grand Junction!"

"Our family enjoyed this home and the community amenities. We used the pool daily and had it all to ourselves. We also hung out in the backyard daily and enjoyed the water feature. The house was well stocked with cookware. My two year old and I used the pullout and found it comfortable. The property manager was responsive and helpful. The house is in a perfect location to go to Palisade to the fruit/ vegetable stands and for dinner. It was a great place for us to stay while in town."

"We stayed for a week at this house on a bike tour with 10 people (seniors). There was plenty of room for us all to hang out, eat, and relax. The outdoor space was huge. The outside table was was perfect for breakfast and the pergola great for the evening. A big garage worked great for storing our bikes. And the location was very convenient for our rides. Sara was very responsive and easy to work with."

The views are amazing from every angle, tons of windows and on top of the mountain, location is perfect for Gatlinburg or pigeon forge visits or if you want to watch the bears wondering around. ( I think we saw a bear everyday (out in the woods, on the streets or just wondering around the mountains.). The lower level entertainment with Hotub and views is super relaxing.
