"They were under construction-----------We were not warned before. Expedia screwed up my reservation. I ordered a DOUBLE STUDIO room but Expedia changed it into a QUEEN STUDIO ROOM. I NEEDED 2(TWO) BEDS As I was traveling with my 54 year old daughter and we were forced to sleep in the SAME bed-----------------------------I am 83 years old--------------It was not good"

"The staff were super friendly and we’d stay here again. The room was clean and large for a studio. It seemed quiet considering it was a busy area so they’ve done well keeping out street noise and the sound of other guests roaming the halls at night. There were lifts so we didn’t have to carry our bags up the stairs which was great as we’ve stayed at a few places recently without lifts and it was difficult as I have a bad back. "Issues with checkin, could not checkin untill 6.30pm very annoying. Room was dirty with cockroaches, musty smell. no key was for lock up was provided. TV did not work. Nosies tapping on the wall and windows at night, our children were terrified. pet could not go outside overgrown grass and junk. Stains on the sheets overall very very disappointing. "

"Great location and very good reception staff. No lifts so if stairs are a problem probably best to give it a miss or ask for a room at ground level. Only real downside was the very soft mattress - not great for those of use with bad backs"

"Wonderfully helpful and friendly staff, great location and the pool was nice. Our apartment was well equipped, however it needs a bit of a deep clean as it does have a bit of a smell. The roller blinds have some mould spots on them, the couch cushions were a bit smelly & there was a bit of cobweb on the wall and ceiling in one of the rooms. "
