They provided a cot with a mattress and a booster highchair Only negative was the mattress in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable, and my husband slept in with our son as it slopes to one side. "Our other accommodation did not work out, so we booked this the day before, and wish we had done so for our other nights in the area. WOW. Immaculately clean, everything you could want or need, the location is unreal (the view!). We want to come back to Callander just because of this apartment."

Lovely little touches like welcome basket, tourist info, selection of games, outdoor toys, bbq, fire pit and seating. Hot tub was great and in private beautiful relaxing setting with lovely open view. Could see chickens and deer from garden as well as lots of bird activity."
