We had the most wonderful two weeks in Annie’s beautifulHouse. It was a multi-generational stay and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. Set in the beautiful surroundings of Menerbes and a short walk (20 mins) into the village it was perfect for everyone. Lots of lovely areas for meals and a brilliant, well equipped kitchen as well as a great BBQ area. Thank you Annie, we will be back.

Best Place to Stay in Province

Beautiful property, hosted by a great lady. Annie met us when we arrived two hours late due to a flight delay, and was there to see us off at the end of our stay. I would not stay anywhere else in Province, it is the perfect place to stay for a family.

Wonderful Villa in the Luberon

The property is an expansive villa with two beautiful bedrooms on the main floor, a two bedroom suite and another bedroom on the upper floor. Nicely appointed and very clean. Renovated bathrooms. Exceptional kitchen and very well equipped. Lots of room in the house for people to spend time together, but also to have space for alone time. Beautiful yard and fabulous flowering plants. Large and lovely patio area for outdoor dining. Pool with pool house. Everything lovingly maintained. The owner was extremely responsive. We stayed for six weeks, and the few minor issues we identified during the stay were quickly and correctly addressed. Exceptional responsiveness. We had a great time and highly recommend this property. We hope to return.

Wonderful Week in Provence

Our stay in Provence was near perfect. The house and grounds were immaculate. So much quality space with great views of Menerbes which was very close . Our hosts were very helpful in recommending local restaurants which we enjoyed.

Perfect two weeks in the Provence

We were a three generation family group and the house could not have been more perfect. It is very quiet with lots of space. The kitchen was really well equipped and had everything we needed. There were good shops within 10 mins and lots of sights and places to visit. We could not have had a better time and hope we will be back. Cathy welcomed us and answered any queries straight away. We felt very welcome.

Wonderful !

Couldn't ask for better. The house is beautiful.. The interior is grand, with artwork and comfortable furniture. The beds were just right. Air conditioning worked well.. (Only the upstairs bedrooms have AC) We enjoyed the large outside terrace, that's where we had all our meals. The pool has a cover for the night, kept it warm. Thank you, Annie, for allowing us to share your beautiful home..

Fabulous stay in Annie's house

Beautiful house and so well-equipped! Fabulously clean and comfortable and Menerbes is such a beautiful, peaceful village. We will definitely be back as we had the most perfect week. Gordes is well worth a visit especially to the Tuesday Market. The Bistro No 5 in Menerbes is a beautiful place to eat although the food wasn't as good as we thought it would be. Thank you for a lovely stay in Menerbes! x

Enjoyable stay

Eight family members stayed in the property. We enjoyed our stay and spent a lot of time in the property and around the pool. Annie was very responsive to any issues. The house was comfortable and very well equipped. Several different places for sitting and dining. We either walked or drove to the village every day for shopping or eating.

Alles hat unseren Erwartungen bestens entsprochen

Die Einrichtungen und der Unterhalt des Hauses sind dem Alter entsprechend in sehr guten Zustand. Ausreichend Geschirr, gute Ausrüstung der Küche. Großzügige und schöne Möblierung vor allem auch im Terrassenbereich! Der Pool hatte immer sehr angenehme Temperaturen!

great location; beautiful home

this property is in an excellent location outside Menerbes for touring the petite Luberon area. The villa is beautiful with lots of great outside seating. We rented e-bikes from Sun-E-Bike in Bonnieux (delivered to us) and they had outstanding customer service. There are many fabulous restaurants with gorgeous views at nearby hill towns, including Bistrot le 5 in Menerbes and several in Gordes. There are 4 full bathrooms inside the house and one in the pool house. There are 5 bedrooms in the house; one has a double bed and I believe the other beds are bigger. I highly recommend this lovely home.

Tolle Lage, wunderbare Ausstattung, charmante Gastgeberin

Ende August haben wir mit meinen Geschwistern und ihren Familien eine Woche in Annies Villa verbracht. Insgesamt waren wir 8 Personen. Dank der tollen Ausstattung und der schönen Lage war es eine wunderbare und erholsame Woche. Die Villa ist perfekt gelegen, um die schönsten Dörfer und Städtchen des Luberons zu besichtigen, wie beispielsweise Apt, Gordes, Roussillon und Isle-sur-la-Sorgue. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein geräumiges Bad, ist komfortabel ausgestattet und die Betten sind bequem. Auch die Wohnräume sind sehr hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Als HobbyköchInnen haben wir uns sehr über die wunderbar ausgestattete Küche gefreut. Wir hatten nicht den Eindruck in einem Ferienhaus zu sein, sondern in einem Haus von Freunden. Selbst wenn die Villa maximal belegt ist, hat man jederzeit die Möglichkeit, drinnen oder draußen ein ruhiges Plätzchen zu suchen und sich zurückzuziehen. Den großen und schön angelegten Garten haben wir sehr genossen und uns am Pool mit der Sommerküche gerne entspannt. Annie ist eine diskrete und gleichzeitig eine sehr charmante, offene, hilfsbereite und herzliche Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden die Villa jederzeit wieder mieten.

Superbe maison

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette grande et belle maison parfaitement équipée et qui offre de superbes prestations. La piscine protégée ainsi que les balançoires et divers accessoires (lits, chaise haute) ont permis de passer une semaine idéale avec de jeunes enfants. La région est magnifique avec de nombreuses possibilités de visites et activités a moins de 30min de voiture. Pour les cyclistes la piste est a quelques minutes seulement.

Jolie maison...

Belle maison, très fonctionnelle, de grands espaces et d'une grande propreté. Malheureusement, situation géographique imposant de prendre la voiture lors de chaque déplacement...sans oublié des problèmes de chaudière ! Pas d'eau chaude lors de notre arrivée ainsi que la veille de notre départ...malgré la volonté de la gérante de faire réparer au plus vite !

Excellent accueil et excellentes prestations

La maison d'Annie est très agréable, très bien équipée et à 20' à pied du ravissant village de Ménerbes, au coeur du Luberon. Nous y avons passé deux semaines fantastiques en août. Annie est une hôte charmante, qui logeait dans une aile indépendante de la maison. Parfaitement discrète, mais disponible pour nous rendre service lorsque nous en avions besoin. Séjour parfait !

Séjour inoubliable entre amis avec petits

Nous etions 4 familles, nous avions de l’espace, chaque famille avait sa chambre et sa salle de bain - des lieux de vie tres agréables - tres belle cuisine parfaitement équipée - grandes tables pour manger et la piscine sécurisée super avec les petits. La maison a beaucoup de charme à l’interieur et est très bien située - autour de petits villages de la region. Merci à Annie pour ce séjour. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

We stayed at this house for 5 days. The house and grounds are beautiful. It is a great place to stay is you are visiting the southern Rhone Valley or Provence. Close to many hill towns and Avignon. Annie is a great host. Its a great place to stay for up to ten people. We thouroghly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful spacious peaceful haven

Wonderful large house set in peaceful garden, about a 20-minute walk from the center of Mènerbes. Well-equipped kitchen made it easy to take a break from restaurants. Outdoor areas were ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. Annie was a kind and gracious host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Annie’s home was perfect for 4 couples

Beautiful property with 2 K and 2 Q Bedroom/Bath ensuites. The Queen bedroom (upstairs) is a separate suite with private sitting room that includes a 5th bedroom with double bed. Annie was so wonderful as our host. We communicated through google translator as my French and her English were an even match. If we needed something, I would email her and she was so quick to take care of it. The location is great for Provence touring. And you are a 5 minute drive from the lovely village of Menerbes. The pool is lovely though we did not use it due to the coolness of the late September afternoons when we returned from touring. The Citadel Winery and corkscrew museum is also 5 minutes away and offers very good wine. The beautiful dining room table seats 8 (or more) and is perfect for eating, enjoying a glass of wine, and reviewing the next day’s itinerary. We enjoyed the home immensely and thought it was an excellent value.
