Surrounded by a vast meadow on both sides, this very bright cottage welcomes you around a living room, its comfortable sofa, its flat screen TV and its very well equipped kitchen. You will also enjoy a whole private, tree-filled and flowery exterior facing a truly panoramic view of Ménerbes and the Luberon.
A 9mx4m swimming pool with progressive bottom and its wooden terrace, welcomes you in a nearby meadow, still facing Ménerbes and Lubéron (construction May 2020, the swimming pool will be usable from June 13). The swimming pool is shared with the occupants of the house next door.

A comfortable gîte:
dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer, and its many small equipment. Presence of many kitchen utensils.
The cottage has two bedrooms, each opposite the living room. A completely renovated room in a modern beige / white style with a double bed in 160. Another 14m² bedroom with two 90 single beds and a dressing room. Each bedroom has an adjoining wc.
The bathroom with shower was renovated a year ago.
All bedding is fitted with latex mattresses and slatted base with quilts.

Then, your nostrils will be intoxicated by the good smell of grilling on the plancha. You will taste them under the trellis, or in the dense shade of the mulberry tree.

You can take a few digestive steps in the large meadow, with a truly panoramic view, starting from Mont Ventoux, the chain of Luberon, Ménerbes, and finally the small mountain of Briançon.
