Also on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen comes with 4 hot plates and an oven, alongside a bedroom fitted with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm x 200 cm, a shower and WC, and its own exit to the garden. On the upper floor, a large bedroom of 35 m2 is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm x 200 cm and benefits from a bath and WC, a flat screen television, a DVD player, and direct access to the terrace. A third bedroom on the upper floor offers 1 french bed measuring 140 cm x 200 cm, a shower and WC, and also opens onto the terrace. The property is a 4-room house set across these 2 levels, offering a well-balanced and comfortable layout for groups and families alike.
