experiencia desastrosa en una reservación.

He tenido la peor experiencia desde que hace varios años utilizo a hoteles.com para reservar los hoteles, no entiendo por que se prestan para reservar un airbnb, porque esto es lo que es este aparhotel.Para ser cortos el chek in fue terrible, la puerta de la habitación se trabo y estuvimos mas de media hora para tratar de comunicarnos con alguien que nos ayudara casi tengo que llamar al 911 porque mi esposa se puso mal,(despues de eso tuvimos que dormir sin poder asegurarla puerta),al otro dia fue que mandaron una persona para cambiar las baterías del sistema y a pesar de haber pedido que vinieran para areglar la puerta no se presentaron hasta el dia que nos fuimos, en resumen de espanto esto ,estoy muy desilusionado de hoteles .com por tener este tipo de reservaciones y no aclarar como es, en resumen una mala experiencia que espero que no se repita.Ademas la limpieza del departamento muy mala.

I loved area, the location was great! The staff was very attentive. However the apartment itself just needed to be a bit cleaner. I saw a few crawling insects, but from the south it wasn’t a huge bother but it was alerting. And the gas in the stove didn’t work. And the TV inside wasn’t working, as well as the wifi wasn’t working either. And lastly because I came during the cold season, the blankets and bedding provided wasn’t accommodating. They were thin, and the pillow cases were stained. I’m not a perfectionist but improving these issues would definitely boost your place! I believe if someone would have checked a few things prior to renting they’ve would’ve seen these issues.

Worst rooms ever.

First room one nine 0 six. Very dirty. Chairs had who knows what kind of stains on them. Closet door hanging of the hinges. Because they couldn’t get internet or a/c working we had to change rooms. Next room ten ten. Had to get WiFi working in two days with repeated calls. Come to find out they just paid the bill. Plus this a/c didn’t work either. Fortunately the weather was great! Barely any utensils in the kitchen, several outlets and bed side lamp didn’t work. A few dead roaches in cabinet and behind microwave. None of the window shades were operational and sliding door was about to come out of the track and had no lock. Shower was awful because you either had a scalding hot or freezing cold shower. Watch out kids!! Took several minutes to tweak it to be able to stand underneath it. Black mold on the bath sink. Picture in ad was for riverfront but neither room had one. Regarding having to have a code just get in the building our second night there a woman either drunk or on drugs banged on our door and tried codes to get in at 5 am. Only positive was that when I called the number they were quick and helpful considering the circumstances.

To start, the unit was not cleaned at all. Dust everywhere, debris on the floors etc. There were no extra towels or a way to get any. The sheets on the bed were ripped AND dirty. The blinds to the balcony were broken so the sun came beaming in every morning. We had an incident where a maintenance man came to our door TWICE and was upset we wouldn’t let him enter the unit. And to top everything off, the unit had roaches. ON THE 15th FLOOR! Absolutely unacceptable. I will never book with this vector travel or expedia ever again.

I was completely dissatisfied and I want a refund: - dirty bathtub upon arrival - roach infestation - front door dead leaves piled up; back door opened into a dark filthy alley with two garbage dumpsters - no advance notice of renovation; hallway ceiling tiles missing and placed on hall way floor - no dining table - no patio furniture - thin, old towels -picture shows river and bridge view; but I got City view - inadequate response to complaint from Vector travel This was not up to Hotels.com standards and they should not be allowed to post in the future.

The setup of the room was good, but it was half cleaned and I found 3 roaches crawling aroundin the bathroom shower. The building is under renovation so there's going to be some noise which is fine by me . There also is no front desk or anyone to call if you need anything. I personally would NOT be returning here!!

Not worth a penny

The first room we got was not clean at all. We contacted the the staff by phone and got to see another room they could give us instead. The new room was better, but not very clean. Long hair in the bathroom, dust on surfaces and we had to was up all the dishes, before using it, and we had to say goodbye to the fantastic view over the river, we had booked. There are no furnitures on the balcony. We asked for the swimmingpool, as it was mentioned in the booking, but we were told, that the property didn't have that. False advertising as we booked the hotel on that purpose.

Home away from home!

Everything was so nice! A lot better than what I expected for the price! The view off the balcony was off the top of a roof but you can also see the bridge so it was 100% worth it! The entrance doors locked at a certain time so it was very safe! Great area walking distance from everything. Only thing i would have to say is bundle up because i tried to cut the heat on due to them having the air on 60 when we walked in but it wouldn’t come on.

Skip this place!

Bad part of town, very old unit, when attempting to shower..you got hot water at the faucet but when you pulled the diverter valve to use the showerhead, you only got cold water! Blinds were broken and unable to really close them..no curtains so no way to keep out the morning sun thus no sleeping in! Would really like some of my money back...including the almost $50 i paid for 2 days of parking! Never again.

Minor issues, but very great place to stay!

Loved our stay! Few issues, but overall our stay was comfortable and loved the place provided dishes because i dod cook fir my husband. The bed was comfortable and we loved it came netflix and cable ready. I think you can get a bigger ironing board, that very tiny board was a bit hard work to iron grown folks clothes. More for ironing kid clothes. However, we were very pleased and satisfied. The building is under renovation but still easy to move around. And the lobby building smelled really fresh and clean. Someone did urinate in the elevator, but we were leaving so we never cared of that. Saw a roach in the bathroom, saw small baby roaches in the kitchen in the sink area. Everything else was clean. Did find a cigarette butt on the balcony. Neither one of us smoke, but we got it up so we wouldn't be blamed or charged. We did take our own trash out to the chute and we rinsed our dishes and wiped down. Only tbing i wasnot satisfied with was our door handle was very loose and noticeable. Did feel too safe leaving our expensive things in the room. But, we did and everything was fine. Regardless of those issues I would definitely recommend this property as a great place to stay when traveling. We loved Memphis, loved the area also. And lastly, park in the parking lot across the street from the building. It was $12, security patrols the lot and you could enter the building quickly from the back door going through the hotel parking lot in the rear. We were definitely pleased!

AM Hi , There is a lot you guys can fix, I would like to reach out to Expedia for a refund. The chairs in the studio is nasty and dirty with stains on them. The kitchen chairs are broke and loose and they wobble. The air does not work in here, it’s really hot in here. We tried to use the fan but it is broke and shaking & making a lot of noise. This beds looks nothing like the pictures, this is a cheap steal hard uncomfortable bed. I would never stay here again and I would like my money back. Thank you

A waste of time

The pictures were amazing. The listing stated there was a balcony overlooking the river. No River view, missing ceiling tiles, Roaches!!!!! No Parking!!! The bathroom was dirty!!!

False advertisement

Place was not cleaned, towels were stained had to ask for clean ones, tub was clogged up and no one came to fix it the whole time I was there. Bed sheets had stains. They ask to take out your own trash?! Never again will I stay at this place.
Tub clogged up, dirt was in the water as you were showering. It stunk so bad.
