La Terrera - Torre dell'Orso Bay - Villa with Access to the Masseria Pool

La Terrera is a designer villa located in the countryside of Torre dell'Orso. Famous for its enchanting bay, the marina offers a relaxing and welcoming setting amid the Mediterranean maquis, among maritime pines, mastic trees, and junipers, just a few minutes from the sea. At La Terrera, nature blends with warm colors and a minimalist style. Guests will have access to the swimming pool at the neighboring Masseria and will have bicycles to explore the area at their leisure.
The Space
The villa is located about 1,800 meters from the sandy bay of Torre dell’Orso on a 7,000-square-meter plot that is fully fenced. The property is surrounded by scrubland featuring maritime pines, juniper, and mastic trees.

La Terrera consists of 2 double bedrooms, one of which features an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. In total, it can accommodate up to 6 people, 2 of whom can sleep on a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.

It is equipped with Wi-Fi, central air conditioning in every room, an automatic gate, and remote self-check-in.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction cooktop, dishes, and all necessary kitchen accessories.

You’ll also have a convenient outdoor laundry room with a washing machine and an outdoor shower.

Guests of the Villa will have free access, via a convenient private driveway, to the swimming pool at the neighboring Masseria Rauccio. The swimming pool is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. All of the Masseria’s services, including the excellent restaurant, are also available to our guests for a fee.

Six bicycles are also provided for nature walks.

Housekeeping is provided every 7 days for stays longer than 10 days.

We have two villas just a few meters away, accommodating up to 14 guests in total.
