Villino dei Saraceni is developed on the second floor of a small villa located in a residential area, a few steps from the sea. The house is self-contained and independent.
A gate leads into a nice garden with lawn where you can park your car. In this area of the garden there is a gazebo with table and chairs where you can have lunch and dinner outdoors, also preparing dishes on the barbecue.
From the garden, external stairs lead to the second floor, where the Villino dei Saraceni is developed. The entrance is into a furnished living room with an open kitchen, dining room, 1 single sofa bed, TV and air conditioning. From the living room you exit to a small balcony overlooking the garden.
The sleeping area consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with a pull-out bridge bed, and completed by 1 shower room where there is a washing machine. The double bedroom has access to a second balcony.
Air conditioning is in the living room and cools all rooms.

The vacation home is located in a residential complex in Torre Saracena, a town less than 2 km from the Adriatic Sea, halfway between the marinas of Torre dell`Orso and Torre Sant`Andrea, on the coast of Melendugno.
In Torre dell`Orso, which is only 2 km away, all the main commercial and tourist services are present in summer. Torre Sant`Andrea is famous for its beautiful stacks and is only 1.5 km away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in via Padova n 1  - San Foca (at the Agency UnMetroDaMare).                                                - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The stairs leading to the first floor are shared with another vacation rental.
