Villa close to the beach in Torre dell'Orso

A minimalist villa nestles in the Mediterranean scrub of Torre dell'Orso, on a fenced-in plot of 7,000 m². Maritime pines, junipers and mastic trees surround the house, while the sandy cove lies about 1,800 metres away. You've also got free access to the pool at the nearby farmhouse, which is open from April through October.



The villa accommodates up to 6 people in 2 double bedrooms—one with an en suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe—and a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen's fully equipped with an oven, induction hob, microwave and dishwasher. Amenities include Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, an outdoor laundry area with a washing machine and an outdoor shower.



Outside, the fenced-in property's surrounded by the macchia, with its warm colours and the scent of Mediterranean vegetation. You can use the bicycles provided to explore the nature trails around the villa at your leisure. A private path leads directly to the farm’s shared pool.



Torre dell’Orso is known for its sandy cove, located about 1,800 metres from the villa (bicycles provided free of charge). You also have access to the restaurant at the nearby farmhouse for a fee. The Adriatic coast offers some of the most popular stretches of beach in Salento.
