I distinctly remember awaiting your arrival to assist with accessing the undercover garage and aiding you with your luggage to unit 609 on the ground floor, as you specifically requested a location away from noise.That evening, there was indeed some commotion in unit 608, occupied by a lady and her partner. You contacted me, expressing concern about potential domestic violence in that unit, prompting an immediate response from me. Upon speaking with the guests in unit 608 about your complaint, they mentioned it was a quarrel. I advised them about noise restrictions after 20:00.Later, around 20:00 - 20:30, you contacted me again, this time to report a situation where you heard the woman in unit 608 shouting at her partner, which you suspected to be domestic violence. I was present at the reception when the police arrived approximately 15 minutes after your call. I cooperated fully, providing all relevant information about the guests in unit 608.During your four-night stay, the police were only called in once. Despite subsequent complaints about unit 608 for quarrels and domestic disputes, investigations confirmed these were minor arguments within acceptable noise levels. We offered to relocate you, and you chose unit 810 on the second level.The property description on the OTA website explicitly states the absence of a lift and that while free parking is available, it isn't guaranteed. Your portrayal of the neighborhood as filled with suspicious characters involved in drug-related activities doesn't align with the reality witnessed by the local authorities.The incidents you mentioned, such as the alleged abuse by someone claiming to be a manager and the mini-fridge issue, were never brought to our attention during our daily interactions throughout your stay.Similar to many motels in the country, we don't provide 24-hour reception service, but emergency assistance is available from 23:00 to 09:00. Our resources are limited, and while we strive to offer the best service possible, our capabilities don't extend to a bellboy service.The 8 rating reflects the collective opinions of the majority of our past guests. We noticed that you are upset when ask to pay a deposit.Maybe you did not read through all the terms and conditions when you made the booking. Under the Important Information - Fees; it clearly stated that you will be ask to made a deposit of AUD 100 during your stay.Hope this will clear the air, and we look forward to serve you again.
