"We loved this place! Very clean and cozy. Very easy to get to off the Highway, and nestled back against the mountain to offer a beautiful view. We had 7 people there and there was plenty of room. The yard is done so nicely and very inviting to relax either in a hammock next to a little stream or in the hot tub. "The time we spent at this house was terrific. Kenny was easy to communicate with and the house was well stocked. Besides it being a lovely house, there were several aspects that we especially appreciated…there were enough chairs at the dining room table for everyone, there were multiple outdoor decks and lots of seating on each, there were plenty of pans, silverware, plates, cups and baking sheets, there were fans for each bedroom plus an upstairs cooling system. "This place was perfect for our family vacation. It was a close commute to Glenwood Springs which was where we spent most of our time. Kitchen was well equipped and blackstone grill was a nice addition. Kids had fun playing volleyball and bean bag game. Would definately book this again if we are ever back in this area. "

"Home was very clean, lots of room with comfortable seating, and many amenities. Back yard was well taken care of with a nice grill, patio set, and propane fire pit. Only problem was the cold water in the downstairs shower which will be looked at by the home owner. Would definitely stay here again! Great location too!"
