It can be tough to find shade on a river, but there's a canopy set up IN the Medina here, so you can enjoy a shaded float! Nature lovers will appreciate the Hill Country and Lost Maples State Natural Areas are both within 40 miles of the cabin.



Outside, there's a picnic area where BBQ fans can show off on the charcoal grill. For lighter snacking and conversation, there are two riverside fire pits, which are perfect for stargazing, too! The cabin has a shaded deck with furniture, from which you'll see plenty of wildlife. In fact, deer feeders are distributed here so they'll feel welcome! Visitors with RVs can hook up here for a reasonable fee. Please note there are no pets allowed and this is a no-smoking rental, and outdoor features may be shared with another nearby cabin.
