"Room was beautiful, had a balcony over looking a creek where deer kept walking around. Walking distance to restaurants and a bar. Everyone was very helpful and just nice all around. Completely loved this hotel will definitely go back. "

"I come often but Unfortunately, it was not what I was expecting, I had a situation, I got a three bedroom condo , it was good but was in the second floor , with me was someone with physical limitations but even a request one unit first floor, that was not available, well I understood and took the condo second floor , very next day a lot of people checked out and because of that I requested another room on the first floor or getting another in the first floor , After checking if it was available in the Expedia app , it was available something better in the first floor , I did request it sending a text message to the concierge lady called “Tracy” she answered right away saying she will ask room manager, I told her also I will pay extra money in case I needed, I asked for manager name Tracy concierge lady , she said “ CHARiTY” and Tracy said she will call me as soon she arrive to the property, she never call me , but she texted saying the rooms were dirty or occupied at that time , I replied saying I can wait to one get clean and I mentioned that was one available according with the Expedia app .. She said no , and she gave me not the best answer, she said I need to check very well what I want before making a reservation, any was I replied ok , and then few minutes later another manager called PATRICIA send me a message telling me she was the room manager and it wan no room available for me , of curse I did not reply back to this manager called PATRICIA …No Good Experience!!!!"

" I booked this hotel because my grandmother had just been discharged from the hospital and needed a few days of rest before she could fly. We were on a family trip and had an emergency during our stay. She requires oxygen and cannot be in a room with environmental issues. On the first day, we discovered mold, a strong musty smell, and visible humidity in the room. The room also flooded due to a drainage problem. Although staff attempted partial repairs, the room remained wet, and we were told no room change was available. The next day I had to fly to Kerrville to move my grandmother out of the hotel. The manager on duty only apologized and did not offer any solution or compensation. When I contacted Expedia, I was told they could not help because the hotel—specifically the manager, Tina—claimed they found baby wipes in the bathroom causing the blockage and flooding. This is completely false. Regarding the mold, humidity, and structural issues, the hotel stated none of these problems existed, which is entirely untrue. I am attaching photos so you can judge for yourselves. It is disappointing that a respected hotel chain has such serious deficiencies that even put guests’ health at risk. I will notify the Texas Department of State Health Services to ensure others are not exposed to these conditions. Please do not stay here. Do not risk your loved ones’ well-being."
