"Very clean room. Very punctual and responsive property management company. The property is large and amenities close by. Mercer island is wooded and gorgeous; however, the streets are steep and hilly. Be advised that it isn’t a quick walk to the LRT station. It would probably take 30-40 minutes to walk to the station. The restaurant area is nice, but be advised lots of places close early (8-9pm) due to the islands primarily residential compliment."

"The property was quiet and comfy. It was right on several bus & rail lines. There is a convenience store right next door that is well stocked but has limited hours. We used the bus lines to get around as we are not very mobile. The property is close to the top of the hill so walking is mostly a vertical challenge. "Muy limpio y tranquilo. Cuenta con muchas amenidades (cafetera, estufa, etc.) sin embargo sería recomendable que agregaran instrucciones básicas de uso ya que no todos somos tan intuitivos para el manejo de algunos aparatos electrónicos. Tambien tuve algunos inconvenientes para accesar a la habitación ya que el código de acceso no funcionaba y aunque las fallas en los acceso es algo que puede ocurrir paso mucho tiempo para que me resolvieran. "

"The location is great. Everything else is awful.
I was with elderly parents with mobility issues. We tried to contact the host to find a place to drop luggage or check in early, but the host was unable to accommodate us. Ok, I get it, but the "text" number told me to "show up early and hope we could get in." And that they couldn't guarantee access until same-day.
That wasn't the worst infraction, though, by far. The suite my husband and I had booked was flooded upon arrival from dinner that...
