"It is a nice place to unwind. It was well equipped. We were able to use the grill and outdoor areas. Great river access with kayaks and fishing. The only draw back was the house next door. Very noisy even after quiet hours. Overall it was a great place for family. "

"We had so much fun! Property is located super close to the pool and also the Comal river. Landa River Trips is right next door to the property and we were able to walk over, reserve our tubes and walk down to the river. You get a discount off tubes by staying at this property. Check-in was super easy, Lyle is a great host. The condo had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again!"

"The house was VERY well stocked with kitchen and outdoor necessities. The coffee bar was wonderful, the TV worked great and the rooms were all decorated adorably. The beds were comfy, we loved all the seating and the covered driveway as well as covered patio was very nice. The owner was very communicative, and the location is just down from New Braunsfels. "This was a perfect spring break getaway for our family and only a few hours from our home. We had so much fun fishing and kayaking down the river every evening. Our teenage boys caught lots of fish, relaxed in the hot tub, played pool and never got bored. We found plenty of things to do in town everyday and relaxed at the house every evening. "This was an amazing experience with my husband! It was so peaceful and the owner/staff are amazing! We highly recommend this wonderful place. We had the place to ourselves, the hot tub and pool were very refreshing. The wine tasting was fantastic, and the rooms were so cute and unique. We were only planning for one night but booked it for another night. We highly recommend this place and we will be coming back "
