"The rental was very family friendly with so many options for children of all ages. My toddler enjoyed the play station while my teens had a blast playing sega. The fun didn't end in the house either, the home also comes with fun water activities. We had no reason to leave. The host was responsive and very nice. I will definitely be booking this location again."

"The condo is beautiful and clean. Beds are comfortable. The hosts thought of everything. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you might need including coffee pods and grounds and little creamer pods in the fridge. The pullout bed is the most comfortable I've ever laid on. There's a white noise machine in both bedrooms which is so thoughtful. The decor and colors in this condo are so beautiful. The pool behind the condo is pretty small but the second pool down by the river is much bigger...

"This property was amazing. Fully stocked kitchen, very clean house, plenty of towels and items in abundance that you would need. From paper towels, laundry soap, bathroom supplies such as shampoos and body wash. The host was very friendly and checked in during our stay to see if we needed anything or had any questions. "We absolutely loved our stay! Super comfortable, spacious and well appointed condo. Literally steps away from Comal river access. This condo is towards the end of the river so you can float down about 20 minutes, then get out and walk back down the sidewalk (maybe a 5 min walk) and do it all over again. For a longer float you have to drive down to the public river access at the park where there is also a tube chute (that's a 2 hour float back to the condo). I thought it may be noisy at night...

"We only had 2 issues that made the experience subpar. The pictures and the description say that the living room had sofa-bed for a third person. Just know, the sofa-bed is actually a chair. The photo shows a black futon couch. It was a chair that folds out into a sleeping space (like at a hospital). This is fine, but I would have brought an air mattress had I known. The other issue was the smoke alarm. It kept going off for no reason. It woke us up 3 different times. The owner ended up...
