B&B en McNabs Island Provincial Park

"Sam was a wonderful host and made sure we knew where everything was! Very easy sharing bathroom as Sam had rules about not leaving anything in the bathroom and it was always spotless as I am pretty sure it was cleaned daily!! The living space was very large and comfortable along with a beautiful deck!! Location was great for visiting Halifax and parking on the wharf in Halifax was very simple and economical"

"A very enjoyable stay at The Fourth Lock. It was a great location for exploring the area and has a really good restaurant on site. We were made very welcome and Jay could not have been more helpful. There are only 3 rooms, ours had access to a balcony with a view of the lake. Breakfast is provided as self-serve with a good selection of cereal bars, fruit, yoghurts, fruit juices and best of all, home made muffins :-) Coffee and tea making facilities are available in the shared cosy lounge, which...

"Conveniently located for the reasons I was in Halifax. Room was extremely clean and well-maintained as was the Bathroom. Quiet; Children living on floor above but their noise was minimal and normal for kids. All was quiet after their bedtime!! Walkway to the private entrance at the back of the house was grass and ground uneven. The weather was sunny & warm during my stay, so was not a problem. Had it been rainy or winter conditions, it would have been slippery."

"Very clean and an excellent location to have a quiet experience while still being close enough to walk everywhere you want to go."

"Everything about our experience here was fabulous! The communication with Jeff was timely and clear, the location is perfect for walking around Halifax and the space was great for our family of 5. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, the patio was huge, everything was very clean and there were even fun welcome treats for us when we arrived. Highly recommend this place and we will be back!"
