Property was nice, street it is located on is busy and loud. Good location, walking distance to many restaurants. 10 a.m. check-out time is too early.

Lovely studio apt with large, modern bathroom. Comfortable bed and furniture. Great location for walking to many restaurants and easy driving to wineries. Roku streaming service is very limited, wanted to log into our own YouTube TV service but that required a pass code. Left phone message for local property manager who never responded over the 3 nights we stayed. On the second day called the customer service number, were reassured they would reach out to the owner and get back to us promptly... never heard back. Lack of response was disappointing and makes one wonder what would happen if there was a more immediate maintenance issue.

Loved everything about this condo especially its close location to all the shops and restaurants. We walked to everything and it was very (only 10 min walk to main shopping area). Everything inside the unit was clean and beautifully updated. Getting into the unit took about 25 min as we were not initially given the 4 digit access code to the first entryway. All in all a great place to stay - would definitely book here again.

This generous sized studio was perfect for our stay in McMinnville. Great location to walk to shops and eateries. Comfortable, quality furniture and bed. Attention to detail in the construction and finishes. Highly recommend. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place. I was exactly as advertised. Very nice and clean. Highlights, Easy walk to third street - Shopping - restaurants - tasting rooms On site parking with assigned spot Large bathroom with oversized shower Well stocked kitchenet Comfortable bed and furniture We would certainly stay there again.

The location was fantastic - just one block from the hustle and bustle of Third Street in downtown McMinnville. We were easily able to walk to coffee, dinners and tasting rooms. It was also a great central location to explore the many vineyards in Willamette Valley. The studio itself was just as advertised - clean, updated and cozy. Highly recommend!

The loft unit was excellent. High end finishes, extremely clean, spacious, comfortable bed and great setup with the bedroom area separate from the living area/kitchenette. It was key to be walking distance from restaurants, wine tasting and shops. The location was close to wineries and hiking, so you can't go wrong with the location. Two suggestions for the owner: -Hooks in the bathroom to hang towels -Some sort of dresser to unpack clothing. There are only 2 small nightstands and 6-7 hangars, which doesn't allow your guests to unpack their clothing.

Loft was perfect for two with all we needed. Tastefully decorated and comfortable climate in July. Close to all the local restaurants and wineries in McMinnville. Walked around everywhere. Ventured out to the coast to Cannon Beach and hit several wineries. Favorite Restaurants were Humble Spirit, La Rambla & Capa Pizza! Will be back!

This property is in a perfect location to walk to restaurants and shops. Beautiful studio with comfortable bed and couch. Only issue was the internet log on and password had changed but a couple calls to Vacasa and new information was provided. Highly recommend this property.

Very good, very comfortable bed, great shower. Could have a bath mat in shower. Would be nice to have a few carpet runners if they want you to remove shoes. Maybe a stool or something to sit on by door to take off shoes.We would definitely rent it again

We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be coming back. The studio is within walking distance to the adorable 3rd street restaurants and shops- we walked each night for dinner and felt safe. The property was clean and perfect for my husband and I. Loved the fireplace and large bathroom- absolutely no complaints!

This is a beautiful vacation property: clean, spacious, contemporary and well-appointed with a kitchenette and comfortable bed. And quiet. All that and it's proximity to McMinville's darling downtown made for a very pleasant stay in the heart of the Willamette Valley's wine country. Thank you.

We would definitely stay here again as we have family in the wine business in McMinnville..However the check out time is 10 am which we found a bit unreasonable given this is a get away spot.. All the other amenities were perfection. Great shower and bath and comfy room. QUIET

This was our first trip to the Willamette Valley. The studio was perfect - beautiful and it had everything we needed. A great location within walking distance to many restaurants and tasting rooms, and a short drive to tons of vineyards.

Really great location if you're staying in McMinnville. We were there for a wine weekend and this spot was centrally located to all the spots we wanted to go. Everything is 2 block away and easy to walk. Parking is on site. Couple of notes for travelers: to get to the studio, you need to go up a long flight of stairs. Wasn't excited to carry our luggage and cooler up that, but it was doable with both of us. Second, the bed is VERY SOFT. I loved it, but I suspect not everyone will. Lastly, there is a microwave, but no stove or hotplate so not a good place to bring your own food to cook.
