"I will never stay at the western inn and suites in Osage, Iowa again. The people that was running the hotel weren't friendly at all. Worst travel experience ever
"Our large family traveled to the property. Other people were staying there and we were turned away by the owner. Nothing was done to find ys a new place, so we turned around and drove home. It was a waste of time, money and gas. Nothing was done to make situation right."
