"Pet friendly, close to the attractions I was interested in. A lot of confusion at first, probably my fault for not fully understanding the listing. The home address is for the main house on the property not the carriage house I rented. This was confusing to me when I arrived in the dark. Host and I were able to sort it out the next day. Will consider renting again in the future, except there is no washer, dryer or iron in the property which I didn’t realize when booking."

"The neighborhood is soooo loud. I had to call the cops two nights in a row. I understand they can not control the neighborhood but if you need a quiet night this is not your place. I had to reach out to the property to get enough towels for the weekend and also request a remote for the tv. They brought both the next day but the remote did not work. They said they would bring batteries but that never happened. The fridge did not work and ruined the groceries I ordered. The silverware was dirty...

Our only request would be to have a few more sitting options in the game room maybe some bean bag chairs, etc.The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. "This was the perfect place for our quick trip to PGH. Pleasantly surprised by the Mt. Washington area and so many things within walking distance. Easy access to the incline and the city rail system. We had more than enough space for our family of four. Place stayed cool in hot weather and plenty of extra fans as needed. Having the garage to park our vehicle was a bonus as well. "We really liked our top floor apartment that was up in the treetops. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We loved sitting out on the balcony. Our only issue was that several items had not been restocked by the cleaner. The host was very responsive and brought them over the next day. Be aware that there are steep steps up to the top apartment."
