First impression when I walked into the house was VERY NICE. We enjoyed the hospitality of the host Becky as she was always in contact when we needed something or when she offered additional information. Access to the water and use of the paddle boards and kayaks were great. As well as the patio area was very enjoyable. I would highly recommend this Vrbo.

Becky’s place is amazing. Everything was as described and the amenities were A.Beds were all comfortable with plenty bedding and lots of towels for all the swimming and showering that our group of 8 did all week!Awesome neighborhood and even better lake to do whatever your heart contents with everything and more provided by Becky and her daughter. Could not recommend a better place to stay if looking for a lake house vacation.

We had the most wonderful week staying at this property. The home is beautiful and very clean. Beds are so comfy and the rooms are spacious. The area is so breathtaking and the patio is beautifully furnished. We had so much fun on the lake using the paddle boards and kayaks available. Becky was a great host and made us feel so welcome. We have stayed in 4 properties in the area this summer and this is by far our favorite!

Great stay at Eagle Lake!

We had a fantastic stay at the Eagle Lake house! Everything was just as described on the listing—comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated with a cozy feel. There were plenty of lake toys to keep everyone entertained, and waking up to the lake view every morning was a dream.Rebecca was incredibly responsive and flexible, which made everything easy and stress-free. Our family of seven had more than enough space, and the beds were very comfortable.If you're looking for a place to relax, play, and enjoy the lake, this is it. We’ll absolutely be back and will check availability at this house first!

Darling lake house get away close to Kzoo

We gathered family (ages 16-82) for a multi-day college graduation celebration. Becky's home was so comfortable for all ages. The open downstairs was perfect for lounging, and the patio had great comfy seating for outside time. We fed a lot of people, and had everything we needed in the well stocked kitchen. The bedrooms were great for the in-laws, and the teens loved paddle boarding in the lake. The location was perfect for us, in that it felt tucked away, and like a true vacation, but we weren't far from our events at K College, and groceries were 10-15 min away. Becky was such a thoughtful host, leaving many treats we enjoyed! She was so quick to respond to us, and her family in the area was very friendly and quick to let us know they would be there if we needed anything. We will definitely be back to this wonderful place! Thanks, Becky!

Great stay - recommend

Adorable well kept vacation home on the lake in a beautiful quiet neighborhood . All the amenities one could ask for and easy communication with the host when needed. We were not there for a week on the lake but wish we could have used all the fun amenities /toys that were made available . Bedding and towels were high end quality. And in comparison to other homes I’ve stayed in I would say this host does go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and they want you to be able to feel at home and use all the amenities . Great for families or couples

Wonderful!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Becky was an amazing host. The beds were comfortable, and the kids loved the bunk room. The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy our stay here. The pantry was a big bonus too as we had room to store things we had brought with us. Becky also had several little extras around the home that were just the icing on the cake (Like all the makings for smores and so much more) We had one cooler, rainy day during our stay and there was plenty of room for us all to be comfortable as well as tons of things for the kids to do. They loved all the games & toys. Be sure to bring a pair of binoculars and a good camera to catch the Bald Eagle that lives there. We got to watch him catch a fish and eat it in a tree a few houses away from us!!! There was plenty of room for family who are locals to come visit us during the day too! A major plus as we live 20+ hours away. We plan on staying here again next year!!

Magical lakeside getaway!

This home and host is everything you want in a lakeside getaway and more!! As soon as I pulled up I knew this place was going to be more than I expected!! And yes, it absolutely was!! Everyone loved their rooms! Everything is upscaled and thought out with exquisite taste. Felt like home to me;). The lakefront space has so many options to enjoy!! The table for BBQ, the fire pit, and dock seating...enjoyed each spot! The lake is beautiful!! Used all the water features, paddle boards, kayaks, boat rental, lily pad, fishing and swimming. AND there are things I didn't even have time to try. This host has thought out everything you need to enjoy and create memorable moments! I can't wait to return and enjoy more magical times!!

10 Star Resort

This property is AMAZING!!! The home is gorgeous, the location is fantastic, the community is wonderful. We have never had such fluffy & soft bath towels at a VRBO. Everything was top tier to the max. The use of the pontoon boat to all the lake toys (kayaks, paddleboards, yard games, etc) was so much fun. All you have to do is arrive and start having fun and that is exactly what our family did. We had our 2 grandchildren (ages 7 & 9) and they didn't come out of the water until it was time to go to bed. Fishing off the dock, playing in the water, tubing, they kayaked all around the lake trying to catch up with the swans. Sitting on the dock, enjoying a beverage, and watching the sunset after a busy day on the lake was so relaxing, it helped get us ready to do it all again the next day. We will definitely come back!!!!

Lakeside Gem

We had a great stay at this lakeside property. The neighborhood was great, location is close to all things Kalamazoo. The house accommodations were great along with the lake amenities provided (Kayaks, Fishing gear, boat dock). The kids were able to use the bicycles provided along with a adult bike. Special thanks to Megan for providing the jungle gym and small trampoline. 5 Star Time Rick C

Great House in Great Location

We stayed here to prepare for our son's wedding. We live out of town so we needed a place to work on final preparations. We also stayed a few days after the wedding to rest and relax. This was the perfect place for us! There was space to work and for everyone to be comfortable. Becky was a great host, very responsive and very nice!

Kid-friendly, all we could have hoped!

A marvelous venue for an extended family week with small children. This home was by far the best equipped one I have ever stayed in with a thoughtfully, generously and fully stocked kitchen and lots of toys, books and entertainment particularly for the elementary and under set. Lots of opportunity for water play, too, with several human powered watercraft and flotation toys. This home is an easy one to recommend.

Wow!

Our family of 12 (2 kids-ages 8 and 12) had the best time staying at this home. Becky was so great with communication. The patio furniture in front and back both got used a lot and were very comfortable. The inside of the house was clean and very homey. The kitchen had every possible thing you could image you might need. I have stayed at a lot of VRBO’s and this kitchen was by far the best of the bunch. The beds were comfy and the master bathroom was beautiful (so was the walk in closet). The lake was perfect and never felt too busy. We had the lovely sandy sandbar to ourselves most of the week. There were so many outdoor games/toys to choose from. The kayaks and paddle boards were used often. The kids loved the playground and trampoline. It is very close to Kalamazoo so there are so many options to check out besides just enjoying the lake. The AirZoo in Kalamazoo was a kid favorite. The farmers market in Texas Township was small but seemed like it had all kind of homegrown options to pick from. There is really nothing bad I could say about this property and the location. Our family would definitely stay here again.

Loved everything about our stay!

We booked the house for a combined family trip, with four adults and four kids ages 2-5. The house exceeded our expectations in every way, and made for the most perfect stay! Becky has thought of everything - this was the most accommodating VRBO I've stayed at. She has gone out of her way to ensure you have everything you could possibly need for a great lake trip. This house is ideal for families, but would be an amazing spot for a girls weekend or adult trip, too. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the house was very clean and organized. There is even an ottoman full of toys in the living room - total bonus if you have littles! The backyard and lakefront are truly beautiful. The attention to detail continues outside, with beautiful landscaping, outside seating, fire pit, etc. We had so much fun swimming, kayaking, fishing, and just enjoying the lake. We made a trip to the Bell's brewery one day for lunch, but other than that we didn't leave the house and lake since we had everything we could need right there! Becky's daughter Megan lives a few houses down, and she went out of her way to help make our stay great as well! My son took a pretty nasty spill on his bike while Megan happened to be outside. She came down with an extra first aid kit and everything we needed to help patch him up and get him back to enjoying the lake. Becky and Megan are incredible hosts. We really had the best time from start to finish, and would love to visit again!

I rarely leave reviews these days but I just have to let the people know how fabulous this property is! Let me start by stating I’m quite of the Vrbo frequent flyer. This has been the best property I’ve stayed in. It is quite obvious a lot of thought has gone into making the guests feel comfortable and at home. The towels alone, were amazingly soft and beautiful. That doesn’t even include the shower, bed and kitchen. Everything you can possibly imagine is stocked for your use. The lake and property is gorgeous and easily accessible for your older guests. Book this place! You won’t be disappointed. Thank you, Becky!

This house is perfect

This house has everything & more to have a nice relaxing vacation! Becky & Megan were great hosts and very easy to communicate with. The neighborhood was so friendly. The kitchen was clean and provided everything we could have ever wanted. Beds were comfy. The upstairs bathroom was my dream bathroom! Everything we needed to enjoy the lake & yard was right there. Loved our stay highly recommend!!
