"We arrived to check into an accessible room. No help was offered to navigate a small set of steps to our room. No explanation of the amenities available or what time breakfast was served . "We stayed here last weekend with our in-laws to visit family and the hotel was perfect for what we needed. The staff are really nice, I can only mention by name Jonathan on reception who was very helpful but all the other staff on reception were also lovely as well as the bar staff and chambermaids.
