Nice hotel in Mataram town
Very nice hotel in the center of Mataram. Excellent services, gym, swimming pool, nice breakfast, near to a busy commercial street, temples, etc. Good hotel for staying a couple of nights in Mataram. If you're looking for party, better go to the beach area. They don't rent motorbikes, but they give you advice where to get it just 3 minutes waking from the hotel.

This hotel was exactly what we needed for a good price. Our room was excellent and pretty clean. The hotel itself is very well-kept and clean. The lobby and restaurant area is very nice. Staff is helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a lot of tasty options for everyone. We liked it so much we ended up extended our stay. If we come back to Mataram this is definitely where we will stay!

Acceptable Stay
Room has ants crawling on the table from time to time. Accidentally had water patch on the side table and after house keeping, the water patch was still on the side table, so I think that goes to show how much the housekeeping does in each room. Wall was quite thin as I could hear next door room's television during bedtime.

Het is een schoon hotel, de service is prima, maar vind de kamers wat gehorig. Ook bij het inchecken wou de medewerker mij meer dan het dubbele laten betalen voor de kamers, terwijl ik voor een veel lager bedrag had geboekt. Dit natuurlijk niet ok.

Good for a short stay
For a short stay it's ok, the rate is quite cheap. Food taste was somehow strange. The aircon was not working, I called a 3pm, nobody was coming. Only after another call mechanic arrived a 9pm!!! to fix. When my husband arrives, security asked him to put on the mask, even many people inside walking and sittind without mask, even staff. So if you require a mask, which is actually not working against anythind, which is evidenced, same rules for everybody should be applicable. Interior alrady bit shabby.

Beds type choices are hoax
I travel alone for business trip and always choose the queen bed as I stayed alone. But the staff gave me twin beds with excuse "The rooms are full and we only have twin beds left, even though you've reserved for queen bed, it's doesn't mean you will get it, as we served who comes first". What the function of "type of beds" as choices if you CAN'T actually choose it? Why??????????? I really am not happy with the service and the receptionist staff ain't friendly, they gave me basic answers, not even trying to understand my situation.

Very friendly and polite staff, clean room (the bathroom was always very clean) and a wonderful breakfast buffet! Not many tourists there and not many things like restaurants next to the hotel but we didn’t mind because there are always blue bird taxis waiting in front of the door (cheaper than in Bali). A market is very close to the hotel! Thank you for the good time :)

The staff were delightful, the restaurant was awesome and the room was a pleasant surprise, especially for the low price. Immaculately clean and had everything we needed for an overnighter. Pool deck is large and well presented, with gym, on 3rd floor. I could not fault my stay.

Very nice Hotel to stay in. Friendly staff and nice rooms and design. Air conditioning on 5th floor rooms very underpowered and yet to be replaced. Ensure you book a room on 6th or 7th floors with the updated bigger air con units. We were eventually moved up to 7th floor after being too uncomfortable on the 5th floor.

There is no explanation about the hotel facility or the outlet when check in. I missed the discount on breakfast using BNI card. However the staffs are warm and helpful

Rigtig fint sted, placeret midt i Mataram. Rigtig god service og en god morgenmadsbuffet. Værelset var rent og pænt, og det samme angår også fællesområder såsom pool.
