Really big bathroom Very hot but it was a hot evening outside The check-in was weird because we were asked to pay £5 for parking which wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the booking process. Considering it’s a motorway services accommodation, there’s really no choice unless we parachuted in. The hotel should have the honesty to include it in the price at booking."

"It's okay if it's only for a night but not for more. It's located in a service area and there is a lack of services (for example bar, gym or proper breakfast). Despite all, staff is very nice and helpful. "

"Lights and extractor fan not working in the room. Reports of worms in the swimming pool by other guests. However, we didn’t see any worms and thought the pool and leisure facilities were fine. Moved to a different room due to lights and fan not working then ended up with bed bug bites from the mattress. (Confirmed by pharmacist) wrote a complaint to hotel about this but received no response. Would not be staying there again. Expedia tried to help with some form of refund but hotel didn’t reply...

"El primer día de los 3 reservados, NO hicieron nuestra habitación y cuando reclamamos, no hicieron nada al respecto y pretendieron invitarnos a una tacita de té..! Sin conentarios !!"

"Staff have been cut to a minimum so often had to wait at reception for ages. The receptionist also seemed to be running the bar! The room was a great size (executive room) bit things were falling apart or not working. Tried a meal on Friday night but the (microwaved) fish and chips was uncooked inside. Got a refund and left. Plenty of potential but needs refurbishing and more staff. Also confusing: is this Ramada or Riverside?"

"Arrived at about 2.30 told to wait until 3 before having our which was fair enough, however people arrived a few minutes after us and were given rooms immediately. Couldn't leave our lugfage for a couple of hours on checkout but people checking in early could leave their luggage which baffled me to be honest."

"Clean room, easy parking with friendly and professional staff. Warm welcome with a lovely Tavern for a drink, limited menu for dinner but very tasty simple food. The inclusive breakfast buffet was excellent, good selection of cooked and continental breakfast items. We were a couple and enjoyed the knights sword fighting, brilliant performances. For families with young children there was a small park, story telling with Zog and Knights interacting throughout dinner."

"Dirt in the room and under the bed. Staff generally good. Booking came with a room upgrade due to status. Room upgrade didn’t occur despite the hotel being empty and having availability on their website. Emailed the hotel through Expedia app (replying to the message they sent me) asking questions. That was ignored and not responded to. Dinner food quality was poor considering my the level they quote themselves to be at and prices charged. Ice cream for dessert clearly suffering from freezer burn...

"Es un hotel para el centro de exhibiciones y viven de ello, tener que pagar por el parking es una vergüenza, la excusa es el manejo del parking es de una empresa ajena al hotel. NO ME LO CREO, ES FACIL FORMAR OTRA EMPRESA PERO ESTOY SEGURO QUE PERTENECE AL HOTEL, y así se excusan. Una extorsión por el parking!!! No volveré nunca mas!! "
