The approximately 150-square-meter property is located on the first floor of a trulli complex and features a large garden with a barbecue, swings, and a basketball hoop.



The space is laid out as follows:

- KITCHENETTE equipped with two induction burners, a mini-fridge with a small freezer compartment, and a moka pot

- LIVING ROOM with a dining table, sofa, split A/C, and TV

- BEDROOM I with a double bed and a clothes rack

- BEDROOM II with two single beds and a clothes rack

- BEDROOM III with a single bed and an open wardrobe

- BATHROOM equipped with a toilet, bidet, and shower

- Covered PATIO furnished with a table and benches.



Uncovered parking available inside the gate with several parking spaces.



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, washing machine, mosquito screens, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).



OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:

- A/C ONLY in the living room; none in the bedrooms

- Please note there is a step leading to the double bedroom

- The single bedroom does NOT have a door but is closed off with a curtain

- The fireplace in the living room is NOT in working order.



7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the Municipality of Martina Franca.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

In winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is permitted and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
