The house was a perfect size for our family and the game room was great to have. We really looked forward to using the hot tub and sauna, both of which were difficult to use and took a long time to heat. We were only able to get the hot tub heated once for use and the water looked dirty and very cloudy. On night one it rained, and one of the bedrooms upstairs was leaking from the ceiling, waking our adult daughter as it was dripping directly on her. She contacted the property owner right away and was told a roofer would be sent out. A roofer never arrived and when she reached out again we were just told that it was a good thing there was no more rain in the forecast. However, it DID rain again the next evening for a brief time. We ended up moving the bed a bit and placing a pot on the floor for the water to drip in. We made the best of our trip, as our family isn't all together at the same time very often, but there were definitely some disappointments with our stay.
