"This place was perfect for my family and I to get out of our routine and enjoy the views. It was special for our girls birthday! They loved the jacuzzi and the endless deer roaming the woods while my wife and I spent most nights on the deck or in front of the fireplace. It is in a gated area which added some more peace of mind. We will definitely return when the ski resort is active. Thank you again for a great accommodation "

"Great property right in the mountains! Very clean and cute! It was a little drive to get to food/supplies and restaurants. Super nice people in the shared spaces (pool/pickleball/bball). Upstairs bedrooms were really hot when we were there in August. "

"What an amazing property! Spectacular views , squeaky clean bedrooms and bathrooms, plenty space for the entire gang ( we were 10 people , 5 adults and 5 kids/teenagers), everyone had enjoyed the well chosen amenities ( pool table, games , hot tub) . Plenty bunnies and birds sighted around the cabin, great neighbors as well!Chris and Wendy were extremely responsive when we message them as one of the fireplace had the gas pilot switched off. "The house was a perfect size for our family and the game room was great to have. We really looked forward to using the hot tub and sauna, both of which were difficult to use and took a long time to heat. We were only able to get the hot tub heated once for use and the water looked dirty and very cloudy. On night one it rained, and one of the bedrooms upstairs was leaking from the ceiling, waking our adult daughter as it was dripping directly on her. She contacted the property owner right away...

"The home is located in a quiet peaceful small town. It is about 25 minutes from Ashville which was very convenient. The home is located just minutes from a grocery store and several family owned resturants.The host answered all of my questions very quickly and the check in and out process was very simple. "A beautiful place to stay with an amazing view. The cottage was clean, welcome basket was a nice surprise, and bed was super comfortable. The only issue was the steep drive up to the cottage so make sure you have a vehicle for that terrain. I would recommend staying for anyone that needs a mountain getaway. "

"This place is well situated and has a nice side yard and porch. Close to a river, we went down about 10 min just pulled off the road and the kids played there for a few hours. The house is nice and has plenty of things for cooking. Overall it was great! There were 24 of us.We did have some issues. The place looked like it wasn't tended too often. It was well cleaned!, but maintenance wasn't the best. The washer didn't work, but I'm sure it will be fixed soon. The downstairs tub/shower couldn't...
