The beds were all very comfortable. We were having a good time until night 2. The sewage was backed up and was coming up through the shower drains. We had to evacuate the home. "My family and I rented this property for the Thanksgiving holiday. The house and yard were wonderful. My dogs loved playing ball in the yard and the home was nicely decorated and very comfortable. Conveniently located to Sea Isle, Avalon and Stone Harbor there was plenty of fun things to do without having to go very far. The property owners were fabulous and so quick and responsive. Would definitely recommend a stay here."

"inside was very clean, there was white cat hair on furniture, not a big deal. NO parking except one very narrow parking spot which was extremely hard to fit into or back out of. Street was check in 4pm sat and had to check out 10 am on Mon. no early or late check ins. so basically one day we sat outside for over an hour and could not enter even an hour early. "

We arrived in advance of a wedding in OC, NJ with our family and our pet to find this place in a total state of construction with no floors, furniture all piled up in the hallway, unflushed toilet, etc etc. All the while, some wacko is communicating with me through VRBO’s messenger app guiding me to the key for the house and saying “they’ve never had a situation like this before”.
