The reception is away from the hustle and bustle of the bar/ restaurant which was good. The room was big enough, but the beds are really small. "Yes and Yes. 1 point. As an older person, my head is dropping to bits. I have a single tooth denture. Such thing is quite small. I tend to brush it under a running tap. Had I done this, there would have been a severe danger of it disappearing down the plughole and lost for ever (Cost £250). Because the plug mechanism is missing which leaves the drain hole completely open! (Room 5)."

"Absolutely awful. No housekeeping despite our requests during our entire stay. We could not even get a hold of staff as no one was at the reception or restaurant. We had to phone the hotel via the general number online and ask to be put through to the hotel chain. "Spent a fantastic night here this past weekend, from the moment we checked in all the staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming (we were even wished a good morning by the housekeeping staff we passed in the corridor as we were leaving!), the food and service in the restaurant were also both good and breakfast in the morning offered a great selection of choices. "Tuve que realizar un viaje de negocios a Leicester durante 3 dias. Al llegar me di cuenta que las habitaciones no tienen baños propios, sino que son compartidos y se encuentran cerca de las habitaciones en el mismo pasillo. No habia leido esa parte en el itinerario, al ver las fotos en las cuales una habitación salia con baño propio.
