There is a washer and dryer for laundry, comfortable beds, plenty of space in every room, everything you need in the kitchen to prepare meals, and a ton of fun games for the family to play. The deck was nice! Plenty of bathrooms for a family. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here!"

"We loved this little house. It is well taken care of and close to a lot of things in Springfield. It was easy to get to also. We had excellent communication with the owner with a quick response. Some of the neighbors were a little loud but that's not the owners fault. We did appreciate that we could use the garage though."

"We arrived and entered yhe house yo the VERY strong smell of pet urine. The vinyl flooring was not swept and had crumbs and junk scattered around the kitchen. The kitchen was disgusting. The countertops, cupboards stove top, microwave and stove all had greasy hand prints and smears on them. My mother who was with me at the time of checkin pulled the covers back on one of the beds and there was1 small beetle alive in the bed. I contacted serena and she said she knew for a fact it was clean...
