The house was ok. There were 2 issues we had and I reported to owners- the kitchen sink had a horrific smell coming out of it. When we first came in we didn’t notice it much until I ran water in the sink and my goodness it was bad. It wasn’t even the side with the disposal- but the smell filled up the entire house and did not go away. We tried to put soap down the sink and run hot water but nothing worked. The second issue was the clothes dryer hardly worked. I threw a load in before bed and woke up to dripping clothes. I had to turn the dryer on every 15 mins to keep it going which ruined our morning plans of going out to breakfast. At checkout I messaged about these issues and was told I would hear back but never did. If you stay don’t expect to do laundry or leave smelling good.

A wonderful home, clean, new, well stocked, the only problem was that the owner left only enough Dish Washing pods, and laundry pods to do 4 loads. We were there for two weeks, and were told to buy our own. Just a little irritation, but made life a little more difficult.

My 5 day stay couldn’t have been nicer. The house was exceptionally clean and neat. The living room had very comfortable sofas and the bedrooms had very nice beds. There were televisions in every room. Heat and AC were perfect. Kitchen had full complement of anything you would need including a great coffee machine and a large fridge and freezer. Bathrooms and showers were spotless. Owners responded quickly to any questions while I was there. Highly recommended!!

Springfield Walk-About

First time staying at a VRBO. Can’t compare it to others but it met all our needs and expectations. Great location for doing a lot of driving to see the area of Springfield, Branson and surrounding areas. We are thinking about retiring in the area and it was a great place to get started looking everyday. Along with that it gave us a good locations to the restaurants in the area and in South Springfield. All good and no issues. The Beech’s

Property owners immediately reached out to me and consistently communicated with me to prepare for my family's stay. They even checked in to make sure there were no problems. The home was perfectly pictured and was exactly as described in the listing. The home and property was comfortable with plenty of room for my family. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet.

Great House in Ozark

This house in Ozark was perfect for a weekend stay while attending a wedding in the area. Recently updated with a modern look, it still maintained a cozy charm. The owners were very responsive, and numerous deer passed through the backyard. Located about 30 minutes from both Springfield airport and Branson, it’s a great choice for those visiting the area. Highly recommended!

Great place

We stay here while visiting family members. We fly from FL so we need access to pots/pans, etc. to cook. They have all the necessary things normal rentals have, but they also have extra and better items such as good knives to cook with, great dishes to bake with, nice wine glasses, etc. We will be hopeful this place is available for the next time we visit!

Wonderful amenities and comfortable stay!

We have stayed at plenty of rentals and this one by far had the best kitchen amenities, which was fabulous for cooking our Thanksgiving meal for our aging parents we are visiting. The pots, pans, baking dishes were plenty. The rooms were comfortable with the cozy “fireplaces” we could light up. When we come back to Ozark, we plan to stay here!

Wonderful remodeled, peaceful stay

We so enjoyed our time in this very nicely remodeled home. Everything was very clean and welcoming. The living room even had a very nice assortment of books to read. Everything was ready for our stay and the house was in a welcoming neighborhood. We loved our stay and we were able to relax during our weekend here. Our host made sure to check on us to see if we needed anything which was very nice. Two of the bedrooms had fireplaces which you could turn on on the walls which made the rooms nice and cozy. There was even a washer and dryer that you could use as needed. This time, it was just my husband and I, but it would be a great VRBO for a family to stay in. We definitely have this on our list of places to stay in the future!
