"Tony's contemporary villa is located in a secluded and peaceful location on the Alcudia coast. It has an unobstructed gorgeous ocean view from every corner of the house (rolling up the metal gate and sitting at the small round table watching the sunset in the evening was my favorite). The villa is fully furnished and the kitchen fully equipped. I liked some the touches like the welcoming bottles of champagne, water, and coffee pods in the fridge. We encountered a minor problem with the hot water...

"Unterkunft hat eine traumhafte und ruhige Lage direkt am Meer und wir verbrachten hier gemeinsam eine schöne Zeit. Das Haus ist nett eingerichtet; leider sehr hellhörig durch laut schließende Türen und dünne Wände. Die Küche ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. "

"The most think we liked was the pacefull area, waking up in front of the sea. The house has a nice living room overlooking the sea, and a full equiped kitchen. You can find 3 bedrooms, one of them has two single beds and the others two has one doble bed in each room, I have to say that beds were very confortable. There are 2 bathrooms with shower, towels and bedlinen are provided. When we arrived at the property it was really clean. We had a wonderful time at this house."

"We had a great vacation in the villa. It has a really nice antique charme, a couple of interesting quirks and a beautiful view of the ocean. The owners are also very kind and help as much as they can. Reaching the villa itself is not that easy though. It is located in something like a "gated community". You either need your own car or a taxi/transport that gets you there. For us that was perfect, because we wanted the peace and quite during our stay. But be prepared to drive around a lot if you...

"The villa was in an amazing location a few steps from the beach. The water was so warm in Aug the pool was pleasantly refreshing. We didn’t venture far from Alcudia suiting our week as the old town, Port & Bay gave us plenty to do - we ate out most evenings thanks to recommendations from the agents that are responsible for the villa - Peter was brilliant with his advice & prompt communication. I would highly recommend!"

"Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wunderschöner Sandstrand, für Kleinkinder geeignet, fußläufig erreichbar. Der tolle, große Garten mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und versteckter Außendusche hat uns am besten gefallen. Immer wieder gern! Mietwagen ein Muss, Supermarkt nicht fußläufig erreichbar. Nächstes Mal an Moskito-Spray denken."
