"So many things wrong. One bathroom was unavailable and under construction with feminine products left in the toilet. It seems someone was living or staying within the sliding glass room on the side of the home. A loud tv was playing from there but no one answered and the door was locked. Did not see any garage parking. Ice maker was frozen and silver fish were on the counter. No reply from the owner when we attempted to contact after arriving, so we left after two hours."

"Everything was absolutely amazing and as described. A great price for a great property with all the amenities you could ever want in an vacation rental. Very close to multiple beaches, short drive to multiple dining facilities and shopping centers, and less than an hour from the city of San Juan. "The beach is very close to the property. There were not too many people on the beach. It kind of looked run down and abandoned. There are several restaurants and bars within walking distance of the neighborhood. Property was decorated nice and was very secure. I didn’t have the correct code to the lock box when checking in so it took a little while for the property owner to resend me the right code. There were ants and mosquitoes in the unit. You get a convenient parking spot in the parking area...
