This is an AMAZING condo! Wow! This is the place to stay on Marco Island. Michael and Tracy are the best hosts, making me feel free welcome. They're great communicators and responded promptly. The condo is fully stocked with everything. You don't need to bring a thing - it's all there. The condo is also spotless - super clean. Beautifully furnished. And comfortable, from the couch to the balcony chairs to the bed. The condo is in the perfect spot. You can walk up and down the beach - it's almost 90 minutes to walk all the way down one way. Sea shells abound. The water is warm. The sand is wonderful. It's not too busy, and I was there over the Christmas holiday. They provide chairs, umbrellas, even a wagon to cart everything to the beach. Pretty amazing! The condo building itself is very secure - I felt very safe at all times. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The pool is wonderfully warm. I had the best time. I will definitely be back! I highly, highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful beach view and private 10th floor balcony. Condo was nicely decorated and perfect for our enjoyable stay in Marco Island! Appreciated the locker full of Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrellas for spending time on the nice sandy beach on the gulf. Parking was also nice and close. Very satisfied!!

Beautiful ocean front condo. We had an amazing week walking the beach, collecting shells, and relaxing on the balcony watching dolphins swim by while eating lunch or enjoying the sunset before going out to dinner. Booked a fun jet ski excursion through the 10,000 islands too! Great spot!

Beautiful location in Marco Island. This property is conveniently located to area restaurants and shopping areas. A short drive to the Everglades and the Fort Myers airport. Along with other areas of interest.

We had such a great stay! The condo was nice, up to date and in a perfect location. We had all cleaning supplies and things we needed for our stay. The closet in the hall way with the beach supplies was wonderful!! No sand in the room, major plus! The only thing I disliked about the stay had nothing to do with the room, it was having to use a key for everything! You had to have a key to enter the facility, which I know safely and etc but even after that you have to use a key to enter the beach and coming back from the beach. It was just inconvenient having to get the key out every single time. A key pad on the gate to enter the beach like other places we have been to would have been much better. Over all great place to stay, quite and cozy! We will definitely be back again!

A beautiful appointed condo with everything you’ll need. A spectacular view on the 10th floor overlooking the gulf, pure relaxation! Sunsets are amazing! The owners kept us informed of everything we needed to know and even checked in with us after our first day. They’re just a phone call away if needed.

Excellent location for Marco Island visit

My mom and daughter and I visited the condo last week. I had reached out multiple times with concerns regarding the hurricanes and how we'd be impacted. There was excellent communication with Tracy during the entire process. The condo was as described. Great location on the beach. Excellent shelling, great food, great weather. We definitely would come back!

Thoughtfully appointed Condo

My husband and I had a wonderful stay! The condo was completely updated with high end furnishings and we loved the king sized bed. The view and location was outstanding. Our hosts were very attentive and even provided a list of restaurants and activities, which was extremely helpful!

Weather was a spoiler

Excellent apartment, very clean and with everything needed for a perfect beach vacation. First three days were spectacular, but the rest of the week didn’t stop raining. We visited Marco Island’s museum and played Monopoly and Parchis. Still, we enjoyed the view and walks on the beach under the rain.
