Easy to check in and out. The property management group was super helpful and friendly. We literally talked about how much better it was to have done this versus a hotel since we were able to cook for ourselves when we wanted to. We had a great time!

Overall, it was okay. However, if you want a good night sleep, the mattresses on the beds are less than desirable. Walk from condo to beach is approximately 2 football fields of sand. It’s quite a hike!

Great views

The property was nice. Getting through gate security was a challenge. A different person than we have ever had before when staying at the Towers. She really slowed things up, frustrating. Great views of the beach that I so love.

Amazing Views in South Seas Condo

Stayed for a week at the end of December with my family of 5 (kids in 7-15 range) and it was perfect. The condo had plenty of space for everyone and we had everything we needed to cook a lot of meals at the condo. Room was on the 18th floor (second from top) and the views of the beach were incredible. We booked because of the views and it did not disappoint. There was a wagon to bring things down to the beach and other items like beach chairs, etc. The pool was nice, but we mainly went to the beach. Just a heads up, even though the South Seas towers are on the beach, it does take awhile to get to the water due to how big the beach is. This is just a comment about Marco Island beach in general for those that haven't been before. The wagon in the condo will be put to good use. We created a lot of great family memories here and would highly recommend this condo. Also, we were right across the street from some nice pickleball courts, tennis courts, bocce ball, putting green, and shuffleboard. That sport area was awesome and we got a lot of use out of it in the morning. Played a lot more pickleball on vacation than we thought we would. Overall this place has everything a family would need for a great vacation.

Great view with nice balcony

We enjoyed our stay of 11 nights ! Had two bedroom and two bathroom (was only two of us so only used one bedroom) ! Fully supplied with kitchen supplies.! Great balcony with table and chairs great for meals and happy hour ! Unit supplied with all beach things needed (towels, chairs, umbrella, cart, cooler etc). Was easy check in and check out and any questions were answered promptly through email or text ! It is on the 18th floor (there is an elevator) view is great (beach / ocean and mangroves) the beach is a a quarter mile walk ! The pool is really nice, warm with lots of seating....we really enjoyed it too !

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful condo!!! Loved it was very clean!! Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Was very nice they had a wagon, chairs, umbrella, coolers for the beach. View is amazing, love the big balcony. Absolutely would stay here again.

Get away

We enjoyed our condo. We were there during Helene and when we first arrived we weren’t able to get the TV to work, which we needed to be weather aware. We contacted the management company who arranged a 3 way phone call with the cable company. We soon had TV. The unit was perfect for 4 adults. This unit had everything we needed for beach time once Helene passed us! The only thing that would make this unit better would be a stackable washer/dryer. Loved the area.

Empty Nesters First Vaco

This was our first vacation without kids in forever. They are all through college and on their own! Our days were filled with morning walks, afternoons on the beach and nights of sunsets and seafood.

Outstanding Location and beautiful condo. I was skeptical about being so hi up but the views were great and balcony huge. Waiting for elevators was a tad annoying. Walking Distance to the gulf dissuaded us from going down to the beach more often so we used what was a very crowded pool deck. (peak season i guess?) Difficult to find chairs unless later in the day when there was more sun anyway. We utilized the shuffleboard courts a few times to kill time before heading to the less crowded pool in the mid afternoon. Unfortunately the bocce courts (we love bocce) were undergoing renovations. The proximity to all is excellent but that’s Marco Island anyway. Initial parking was a little annoying having to lug our stuff down a flight of stairs but after knowing the lay of the land it got easier. For the price we paid at peak season, (not cheap) I’d rather get a house with a lanai and pool and drive to public beaches. Weather was beautiful which always makes a trip to Fla worthwhile regardless of some minor inconveniences.

Lovely island condo

Condo’s location couldn’t be better- amazing view of tiger tail beach! This unit was fully equipped for all of our needs, beautifully decorated and spotless. I’d definitely highly recommend this rental and hope to return next year.

Best beach in SW Florida

As there are few Hotel options in Marco Island renting is surely the way to go. And what an apartment, great location, excellent accommodation, everything you would need for an extended stay.

Nice Beach Comfortable unit

The unit is nice and clean. The beach equipment provided was in very good condition. The kitchen is minimally equipped. Cooking was a challenge. The walk to the beach is long, but it was ok for us. Takes about 10 minutes to get to the water. There was a significant amount of construction in the hallways, the unit next to ours and outside. We were given beach keys that are obsolete. We got locked out and needed a good neighbor to let us in. The grounds are nice and the beach is beautiful, very shelly and not crowded. The pool closes at dusk. There are several nice restaurants and a full size grocery store a short drive from the unit. Hauling our luggage up the narrow staircase was not easy. Manager should let tenants know to unload downstairs. Overall enjoyable. Would definitely return to the same building. Might try a different unit, since I like to cook a couple times during our stay.

A great condo with a commanding view of the beach and gulf. Updated and well appointed. Loved the beach cart and cooler with umbrella and chairs provided. Comfortable bed in the master--always an important consideration. We would certainly stay here again.

Beach access and view on Marco Island

Great location, and view. Short walk to the beach (but it is on the beach). Nice pool (a little warm) Parking etc. Please note that you will have to pay a $100 registration fee (registration required by Florida, fee is the complex's) AC is a noisy.

Beach front vacation

Stayed a week at this comfortable convenient very high up condo! Loved the view and location. Everything needed was available. Accommodations somewhat basic but all clean and neat. Great pool and pretty walking around complex.
