South Seas

Everywhere we went on the premises you needed one of the 6 keys on our key ring. A keycard would be so much easier. Our unit was clean with the exception of finding a Cheeto chip in the bedding when we checked in. We had to wait around all day for a housekeeping crew to come and remake the bed. They had no explanation for its presence in the bed either. There are signs everywhere stating rules and restrictions of South Seas. It sure takes the fun out of the moment when you are inundated with nos.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the property was in good shape and very clean. All bedding was good. The recliner chair is tired and unstable; it should be replaced. Unfortunately we were there during unseasonably cold weather and had to endure 3 days of intermittent heat until the condo association decided to "transition the system from cooling mode to heating mode". This was definitely not the fault of the rental agency.

The view is nice, but you can't see the Gulf. Next time I would stay on a higher floor. Overall the unit was clean and comfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The ocean was very far from the condo, even though the sand was right there, you had to walk 8 mins to the water. The unit was clean but had some dated furniture. The kitchen could use more pots and pans and utensils. Beautiful view of the pool from the balcony.

Nice Property - Long Walk to Beach, Pool closes at Sunset

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at the condo. It was as pictured, clean and updated. There is everything you need included in the unit and there are beach supplies in the storage unit. Onsite gym was nice and it is convenient to everything on Marco Island.The only things I wish I had known: 1) Although the condo is on the beach, it is a 10 minute walk to the water once you hit the sand. It is the longest beach I have ever seen. Be prepared.2) Pool is nice but closes at sunset (locked). We would have liked to swim later but couldn't.3) View from the 2nd floor is not that good - mangroves block the water view. If that is a concern, you should book a higher floor.

June 2023 Stay

We had a great time at this location. The apartment was very clean and the view of the pool are was fantastic, staff is very friendly and our overall experience was great, we will definitely stay here again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had the BEST experience staying in this condo for our first visit to Marco! The condo itself was clean, spacious, beds comfortable, and kitchen great! The pool was fantastic, the gym modern, the beach close-by, and the lobby/elevators very accessible. Staff all around was helpful and friendly. Can’t wait to book our next trip to stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I were harassed by two employees. At the pool we were told not to move the chairs and if we did not comply Tracy threatened to close the whole pool for the week. My 15 year old daughter was stalked and harassed in the fitness center by a man who had a gray mustache and wore a South Seas navy t shirt. There were several other inconveniences: no food at pool, no in room laundry, multiple keys needed to get in and out of facility, dated accommodations, long walk to get to the “beach”. Not family friendly, rude employees.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation rental was nice in most every way but one. The mattress in MBR is very firm/hard. Within 3 days my back was killing me, as was the wife's. Won't stay in this unit again. Otherwise very nice unit.
