  • Recientemente remodelado y ubicado en South Seas Tower 3, este condominio de dos habitaciones y dos baños frente a la playa con balcón envolvente ofrece increíbles vistas de la puesta del sol en el noroeste de la playa de Tigertail. No se pasó por alto ningún detalle, ni se ahorró un centavo en la renovación de este condominio. La cocina cuenta con encimeras de granito, pisos personalizados, gabinetes e iluminación. Hay un Hamilton Beach Grill eléctrico!

    La sala de estar cuenta con un cómodo sofá cama, una gran TV de pantalla plana inteligente de alta definición y amplios asientos cómodos para los huéspedes. Ambas habitaciones cuentan con TV de pantalla plana. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king-size y el dormitorio de invitados tiene dos camas individuales. El maestro tiene un baño a medida y un enorme vestidor. Este condominio único en su clase seguramente complacerá incluso al viajero más selectivo.

    Este condominio está ubicado en una comunidad cerrada muy bien diseñado con un gimnasio, pistas de tenis, pickleball, gran piscina climatizada, y los muelles del barco.

This place is terrific! Newly updated, views of beach and stunning sunsets. The pool is clean and was busy enough to be fun but not crowded. Location cannot be beat, close to everything but beach feels remote. About three quarters of a mile walk to surfside but it’s an easy trip. Highly recommended.

Ready to go back.

Definitely the most lovely and relaxing condo we have ever stayed at in Marco. Very clean, lovely views, up to date appliances. Couldn’t ask for a better place. Loved it. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Very limited supplies is the only reason not giving 5 stars. No extra toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, wash clothes, etc.

Wonderful

Fantastic views of the Gulf and sunsets. Also very clean, quiet and peaceful. Thank you for sharing your part of paradise! Only negative to speak of is the pool lady - we witnessed multiple unfriendly bossy moments to guests, including to ourselves. If it wasn’t for her obnoxious presence around the pool, we would consider coming back, but unfortunately we probably won’t. Many others staying in the same buildings spoke the same, so we figured it’s important to note.

Beautiful property

Enjoyed our stay at the SST 3. Beautiful views, clean property. Newly renovated kitchen was nice, clean floors, bathrooms. Beautiful lighting accent in bathrooms. Had beach buggy( very helpful) but purchased a new metal umbrella “hook” for the beach (left for future renters) and laundry unit is near elevator. Communication was slightly difficult as when trying to ask questions prior about current construction, beach accessories available for use (messaged a month prior to booking) & never received a response..Besides that it was a very pretty condo very nicely renovated in a safe secure area with nice walking grounds to local restaurants.

Peaceful enjoyable stay

The views from the balcony are breathtaking. Tigertail Beach is perfect for relaxation, long walks and shelling. The property is well equipped and maintained. The building is undergoing needed hallway renovations, but this didn’t interfere with the enjoyment of the property. Excellent, peaceful, enjoyable stay.

Beautiful condo unit with all the amenities! Very up to date and comfortable. Incredible sunset view

We really loved this condo and the gorgeous views! The building and hallways were a little dated and tired looking, but the condo was beautifully updated and had everything we needed from kitchen items to beach equipment!

Fantastic Condo with Amazing Views

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Literally no negative feedback we could give. The views were amazing the balcony/outdoor space is the best we've had. Just an all around amazing vacation! I would highly recommend this condo!

Beautiful Condo

We love Marco Island and South Seas condos. This condo was perfect. There are amazing views from this 16th floor end unit with wrap around lanai. The condo was very clean and well stocked. We hope to go back.

Excellent accommodations on Marco island. The condo is located right on the Gulf & the unit is newly renovated & is top notch. This should be @ the top of your list is it fits your budget!

Beautiful on the beach condo!

We loved everything about our stay at this beautiful condo on the beach. It’s equipped with anything you’d need to feel right at home. Super clean, nice beds and bedding, and everything new! Gorgeous sunsets and ocean front balcony...about 1/4 mile from condo to water but an easy ten minute beach walk. Great location to restaurants too. Would stay here again in a minute!
