We found this condo to be spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. The large veranda and closeness to beach was especially appreciated. Had a most enjoyable month, We would recommend this condo to family and friends.

Most outstanding was our realtor Andrew who was always available to answer any questions and deal with any concerns we had which were minimal. Andrew also personally provided additional rental opportunities to consider.

Love the Condo but it needs some TLC!

Reviewer Comments: We love the people, the location of Island Club and we love the layout of the condo but there are definitely some issues.1.linens, mattress pads need replacement, especially in guest bedrooms. No details necessary.2.bathrooms need to be worked on (caulking and floors, black stains (?) in master shower, water seeping behind shower wall.3. I had to clean food stains from small living room area rug . It is starting to rip. Still dirty.4.cleaning equipment inadequate. Broom handle is taped together, mop smells awful, etc. My husband has made some small repairs himself.5. lanai cushions need to be replaced. 6. living room furniture is getting worn, dirty.Property Mgt. Co has always worked well with us. We have reservations for next year, our 4th year.

Dishwasher did not work from day one, and I did not bother to report until end of stay. Light was out of thermostat had to replace. n master bed is so uncomfortable. Love the location, the pool and all the friends we have met in staying there last 4 yrs.

Nice Condo Location, but Lacks Comfort

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location of this property, however we had a big problem with the mattress in the master bedroom. It had a valley in the middle which resulted in us having back issues. The sofa & loveseat looked good, but arm covers had been placed over soiled & threadbare areas. When cleaning the floors black paint constantly flaked off the kitchen baseboards onto the cleaned areas. Also, marks on the walls had not been cleaned and we wore out two Magic Eraser cleaners cleaning the marks before our guests arrived.
