Best Florida Beach Vacation Accommodations Anywhere!

This place is as good as it gets anywhere! The owner is great to communicate with and his property manager met us at check in and was awesome to work with! If I could have my own Florida Beach Condo, this would be the one!Completely as advertised. It has everything for if you want to stay in for meals, or an easy short drive to lots of local restaurants. It also has all the things you need for a day at the beach - chairs, umbrella, coolers, boogie boards, shell scoops, sandcastle building supplies, etc.10/10 and if possible, this will be the place we rent from now on!

The condo and property were wonderful. Beautiful condo, with sunrise to sunset views. The owners and property manager were accessible and extremely helpful. Wonderful family vacation!

Highly Recommend!

Great time in Marco! The place was exactly as advertised and very professionally managed. While we did not have any need to communicate during our stay (no issues), the interaction and information shared prior to our arriving and the personal check-in service provided was great. Love Marco!!!

Great Condo

Dick, the owner, was excellent to work with from his first message to assisting us with any issue that came up. Even allowing us to check in two days early when our hotel accommodations prior to visiting Marco weren’t ideal. We made a few suggestions on how to improve the stay and Dick very kind response addressing the issues. Kim the property manager was also very helpful in getting us settled and answering questions. Overall a great experience.

Great Family Vacation

We had a fantastic time at this property and community. The condo itself was beautiful and has anything and everything you will need for your stay - better than any other property we have rented. Everything you need for a day at the beach as well as to enjoy the amenities on property. The complex is beautiful and will keep the kids very busy. Our boys loved the beach, pickleball, bocce ball, and the weight room. It kept them very active (and off their phones) the entire trip. The property manager was extremely helpful and accommodating during the trip. I messaged her with a couple of questions and she was very quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again.

Just like home❣️

First of all our Hosts Dick and Ginny were so accommodating and helpful . ( even before we arrived asked for any requests -like a concierge service ) This condo had everything one would need . Very comfortable - loved that they had reclining chairs in the living room . Tons of beach equipment - the dolly to transport items to the beach was amazing ,it made the long haul through the sand a piece of cake — Management-security and parking was wonderful —a Beautiful relaxing vacation -Thank you !

Well appointed, great location, great communication!

Very modern, clean, and well-appointed unit. The owners have thought of all your needs and then some! The property manager was very helpful, so check-in and check-out were seamless. The building is about a 10-minute easy walk across the very wide beach to the water, where you can collect some beautiful shells and sand dollars, if you’re into that. The views from the condo are beautiful - you see both the gulf and a ponded area that attract lots of water birds, so bring your binoculars. Highly recommended!

Excellent condo!

From the moment we arrived, until the day we left, everything was perfect. Kimberly met us and gave complete instructions for the condo and the South Seas property. The condo was fully equipped which is so appreciative. Things we normally have to purchase, we didn't. Thank you. We loved everything about the condo, and the location. Based on previous reviews, we were prepared for the beach hike and honestly, after the first day, we didn't mind it. It was the best walking beach we have ever been on! The double porches were great and we utilized them both. The only issue we really had was the mattresses on master and twin beds seemed exceptional hard. They were very nice mattresses so maybe mattress covers would help. Overall, this was an exceptional trip for us. Thank you again.

Great relaxing Vacation

This property is stunning. It has everything you can think of and more. The check-in was easy and you really do start vacation when you walk in the door. The walk to the beach is about 10 minutes but its a beautiful walk and the cart provided made that easy as well. I guess to sum up this vacation in one word, its EASY, relaxing, and with beautiful views.

Gorgeous condo, gorgeous views

This property is located near everything, and is modern, clean and comfortable; my fiance and I with my 12 yr old son during a work conference and it had everything we needed and more. Kim, the property manager, went above and beyond to making us feel comfortable and have the best stay we could have. She gave us some recommendations on some fun things to do and places to eat--all excellent recommendations. There were a couple unforeseen things that happened (power went out over night due to a thunderstorm) and she had the maintenance people out there ASAP. Everything in the condo was well stocked; we enjoyed watching the sun rise from one balcony and watching the ocean from the other balcony. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing property

We travel frequently and I can say this is the best property rentals we have had. Every part of our visit was amazing, beginning with Kimberly who met us for check in, unit was fully stocked down to coffee. Photos were accurate. Even provided beach towels and beach chairs. Do not hesitate to book this one. Also met the owners who were amazing. We celebrated our 20th anniversary and as always thoroughly enjoyed Marco Island.

Wonderful Stay

We loved our week at this property. Having the property manager meet us there upon our arrival was wonderful, as she was able to show us where things were and how to work the tv's, etc. When we had a sink issue, she made sure we were taken care of ASAP. The condo is very well taken care of, and had everything we needed! Excited to come back next year!

The kitchen was well-stocked. The condo was very clean and comfortable.

We stayed for 10 days and had everything we needed. There was a great breakfast/lunch restaurant within walking distance. The only negative thing I can say is the walk to the beach was 10+ minutes, eventhough it looks like the condo is right on the beach. The beach is very wide so it is a long walk to the water.

The unit is absolutely top notch with everything updated. Beautiful view, huge balcony, well appointed kitchen and plenty of room for 5 people. We really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and cart to get everything to the beach. Also kitchen was stocked with helpful things like coffee, spices, plastic bags, first aid kit, laundry card, etc. Check in process was easy and property manager very helpful. We had great weather which made everything even better!

Perfect Retreat

We had a perfect vacation here. The condo was well appointed. We had clean pots and pans and everything else we needed in the kitchen. All of the beds were so comfortable- even the roll away!! The balcony was our oasis. A dream to wake up and have coffee on the balcony chairs. The beach equipment was great. Owner was always kind and super responsive.

Beuautiful place

This was a lovely place to stay - the owners communicated very well and seemed to care about helping us and ensuring we had what we needed. The place itself was clean and very well stocked with everything you needed (and wanted). You can tell these owners and the mgmt company knew what they were doing. Comfortable beds, and nice towels... To be short, we will look at this property and for other properties, these owners have the next time we book.
