Everything was as expected - clean condo, nice pool and close to beach . One elevator was out of order so that was a bit of a nuisance during busy times

The condo was beautiful looks clean but had to wash glasses silverware ect. went to use vacuum didnt work had to call a plumber ( got a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom for my kids to come for 1 week ) came 3 times shower was backed up they had to use our bathroom until their last day. its a beautiful spot but the pool lady was not nice to us was only to the older people that lived there . "it was clear we monthy people who pay a good price were not welcome especially with our grand kids

Nice View

Patio furnitire wss broken. Ciuuld use better cable. I dont go to Marco to watch TV but it would be nice to have something to watch before bed. Not even able to watch major channels.

Great location but needs updating 3 1/2 stars

I would give this property 3 1/2 stars …..Very central to everything…fantastic beach and pickleball. Pool views. Quiet unit but needs updating. Bathroom tub is old, pillows are lumpy. Kitchen sink is corner and a bit funky. There are no bureaus in the bedrooms but some portable pull out shelves in closets which were helpful. There are two very low beach chairs and a buggy to pull them to the beach with which was nice. Pool was cleaned daily and we always got a lounge chair. Other than needing updating and some fresh pillows this property was adequate for our needs. Once property is updated and fresh pillows without the plastic sleeves it would be five stars!

Stay at Marco Island

Very nice and clean. It was a problem with only 1 key to the condo room with 4 of us staying there. Access with a code to apartment would be better so that didn’t have to arrange times to go back to room altogether.

Perfect vacation!

Great view of the beach, walking distance so you don't have to drive and pay for parking. Condo was well furnished and plenty of dishes/towels etc.. Loved the pool. Perfect place for a restful vacation!

Amazing Stay: Relaxing, Great Views & Great Time

This was our first time to Marco Island and to the Gulf Coast, as we usually go to the Florida Keys and it did not disappoint. We are a family of 4 with 2 young adults (19 & 22) and we all enjoyed the place! The views from every room of the pool and beach were nice. So relaxing and peaceful. It was nice to be right there on the beach. Yes it was a walk, but it was a nice walk. It was a little less than 1/2 mile of beautiful views and lots of shells. The place was stocked with a beach wagon, umbrella, 4 chairs, towels and a boogie board! The kitchen was also stocked with dishes, pots and pans, a blender, a toaster, coffee maker, tea pot and more - really everything you need to cook with. A few spices were also in the cabinets. The home is nicely decorated and super comfortable. As for the building - the hallway could use some updating. Washer and dryer are right next to the elevator so nice and close. The gym was good - could get crowded later in morning - they are updating the gym on 1/25! We all used the gym daily and was able to continue our workout routines away. Tigertale Beach is amazing if you a. shell collector! No need to go to Sanibel this has it all! I walked the beach for almost 4 hours - left 1.5 hours before low tide and found all kinds of sand dollars and shells. We had bikes delivered for 4 days from Island Bike Shop which was perfect. A great way to see Marco Island! Now for some cons- there are a lot of rules and things to read when you pick up your keys. This would have been much easier if they sent all this ahead of time in an email to read, as our flight was late so to read all that around 11pm was a bit much after a full day of travel. Just a heads up you need to pick up keys at the office which is about 2 miles from the place. Really would be helpful in an email prior to arrival and to be concise. We did not have time obviously to read it all in the 2 mile ride so checking in through gate was not really smooth. One odd thing was there were no trash bags! We stay in a lot of VRBOs and have never had to buy trash bags. They give you 1 starter roll of paper towels and toilet paper. Not an issue, but just beware as Publix had 0 paper towels or toilet paper all week. Winn Dixie did - thank goodness! We loved our stay and definitely. would stay here again!!!

Gorgeous view with Helpful Horizons Team

The condo was situated to overlook the pool with a beach view in the distance. It was our 5th year so we know what to look for. The place was well appointed with towels, beach gear and kitchen supplies. It was very clean and did not smell musty (as some places do). The Horizons team is SUPER responsive on phone and email. We needed to stay an additional day and the team called and emailed back at 7pm after our flights were cancelled allowing us to stay longer. Very professional and friendly (thank you). One less star was given because all 3 beds are covered in a thick (loud) plastic covering that is very annoying to roll over on. The king sized mattress probably needs to be upgraded as well the material that covers the mattresses. Very nice stay, will stay again but will also ask for an upgrade in the bed linen situation.

Our unit was very suitable and clean for our beach vacation.

The only downfall we experienced to this property was the proximity of the unit to the ocean. It’s a long haul. But it is right on the beach and very beautiful
