You are required to register at the Manager's office upon arrival, or next business day if the office is closed, and pay a $30 registration fee. The fee also includes a parking pass good for the duration of your stay.

Renovation work in units is permitted between May 1 - Dec 1. The Association will often schedule projects to improve the community's amenities during this quieter timeframe. We are neither responsible for notifying you of any work being done in an adjacent unit or within the community as we are not notified in advance nor are you entitled to a refund if you book a stay between those dates.***
