Awesome, again!

Our second time staying here, this time our 2 adult kids joined us for a couple days and they absolutely loved it. So clean, comfy and we love the location. Highly recommend.

Great Christmas Getaway

Our family enjoyed our Christmas holiday at this condo. The property and its location were wonderful! The property management company was organized with information for easy check-in and check-out. There are restaurants onsite that added to the convenience. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes/cups and the living and bedroom spaces were all comfortable for our family of five. We also enjoyed the community hot tub during our stay.

The photos and descriptions were accurate. The condo was comfortable, well-equipped. The condo was clean and ready for arrival. Our very late (near midnight) check in could not have been easier. The hike from the parking spot to the condo is the one down side. As others have noted the outside noise disappears when you close the doors. One of my favorite memories from the stay was enjoying charcuterie on the patio overlooking the water and people watching with music from the restaurant in the background. We look forward to returning in the future!

Fabulous Get-a-Way

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Esplanade II 306 is a FABULOUS condo having very lovely decor, beautiful views, with great deck overlooking the harbor and restaurants. The location of the unit is perfect. This well-maintained and spotless 3 bedroom 2.5 bath condo needs for nothing more. The Esplanade amenities are wonderful including the pool and work out room. We didn't need to rent a car. Shopping (grocery, drug store, clothing, etc.) are all within walking distance. There are 3 onsite restaurants and 4 bars with many other choices either a walk or short Uber drive away. The Esplanade Shops were fun to visit. We are repeat guests and highly recommend this unit but you better hurry because we'll be back next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a nice change to rent a place online that turns out to exceed your expectations. The condo is beautiful, spacious and well designed.The location is ideal for those of us who don't have a car. There's McDonald's nearby (and Starbucks down the street ) For groceries, Winn Dixie is across the street and Publix a little further away There are many good restaurants within walking distance.The management is a pleasure to deal with. The office is just across the street. We had a problem with the AC and it was fixed the same day Unfortunately some annoyances that could be easily corrected. There is a beautiful glass stop stove but no kettle with which to boil water.There's a dishwasher. But insufficient dishes. Once you fill the dishwasher you're out of plates and have to wash my hand.The sectional may be very stylish but I personally found a slouching position uncomfortable. There's only one chair. It's too bad that these things detract from an otherwise perfect stay.Nevertheless, I would not hesitate to recommend this place, hoping these matters would be attended to before the next guests arrive.

Family Getaway to Marco

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice stay at Esplanade II 306. The condo is light and airy, beautifully updated and decorated, and spacious. Esplanade is locate din the heart of Marco Island, so you can walk to plenty of shopping and dining locations if you want. The unit is positioned just above the central walkway, so there is some noise there, but once you close the sliders the inside of the unit is still quiet. You have a nice view of Smokehouse Bay as well. The only slight complaint is that it is a 10 minute walk utilizing two elevators to get to the assigned parking space.

If we could change one thing, it would be the sectional. This was not very comfortable to sit on - mostly you just sort of slid down it. The condo at The Esplanade was AMAZING. Very chic but comfortable and had everything we needed. Spotlessly clean. The amenities were wonderful. One of the best trips we've ever taken.

Center of it all

Great property! Very clean and elegantly, simply decorated unit. Nice view of Smokehouse Bay and overlooking the one of the prime entertainment centers of the Marco, the Esplanade. It was cool to sit on the large balcony and listen to the live music. The unit was well supplied and very efficient in being very easy to find necessary items. They even provided beach necessities so you don’t have to lug that stuff during your travels. Pool and hot tub area are very close to not and easy to get to. This is a great property.

Spring getaway with family

Very nice property If you want easy beach access this is not the place. Must get to one of the 2 public lots before ten to secure a spot. We baught beach chairs because we did not know if there were chairs or not and I found out about a storage locker towards the end of the trip but never saw where it was or what was in it. CJ’s was convenient and never too loud for us. Mango’s was good too Pool never crowded. Beds were pretty comfortable. Place was lovely and very clean. Couch in livingroom pretty but very uncomfortable- you slide off and have to readjust all the time. All in all a lovely place that we thoroughly enjoyed!

Beautiful & spacious condo

This condo was great—clean, spacious, updated. The location was great—you could walk to many things. It is not on the beach though so driving/parking at the beaches was a bit challenging. The building is very quiet. It seems like a lot if the units are year-round residents. If you want to be able to hang by the pool after dusk (with drinks/music), this is not the right place. Overall, we thought it was a fantastic condo. We likely would not return because there is no access to the beach.

Beautiful but Noisy

This was a very clean beautiful place. However there is no mention that it is right above a noisy restaurant that has a band a few times a week that plays right underneath of condo. Extremely noisy and very annoying some nights. If you are seeking quiet relaxing evenings, this is not the place. Other than that the property is very clean and gorgeous.

This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condo was absolutely beautiful with every comfort possible and was in a perfect location at the Esplanade overlooking CJ's on the Bay. Relaxing from its 3rd floor balcony, we could enjoy people watching. Three great restaurants were located within the Esplanade plus grocery, pharmacy, restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. Will definitely be back again.
