South Seas Tower 4 Marco Island, FL

Very pleasant, clean and comfortable condo. Enjoyed the soothing colors and decor of beach theme inside. Beds comfy and kitchen stocked nicely. The balcony was wonderful with 2 lounge chairs, hi table and chairs and of course a beautiful gulf/pool view. Nice how they had games and more for renters to use. Marco Island has always been a favorite destination for my family:)

Super condo, clean and modern. Good view. Nice area. Weather was unusually HOT tied heat records from May 2012 Several nice restaurants in the local area. We will go again.

Great stay at South Seas!

Our rental at South Seas was great. The condo was updated and nicely appointed. Communication with the rental agency was very prompt. We had plenty of towels, linens, beach towels.

Amazing condo with spectacular views

An absolutely amazing condo - we loved it from the moment we arrived to check in at the guardhouse, to when we said goodbye to the guardhouse. The condo was everything that was described and more - modern stylish furniture, great standard of decoration, well equipped and with an amazing balcony to enjoy the spectacular views. It was equipped with everything we needed and plenty of linen and towels - including beach towels, even loads of hangers in the closets. There is a laundry room on each floor shared by the 12 condos, which had recently been replaced by new equipment, so was very clean and worked well, always a unit available when needed. We had read a number of reviews commenting about the long distance to the beach, but for us it was fine and a trip we did twice a day for the 10 days we were there. The host - Andrew, was brilliant great communication prior to arrival, and prompt, courteous and very helpful with any queries we had. We would definitely recommend this condo, and would certainly return.

The view from the room is spectacular, the condo was clean, and is decorated very nicely! It was about a 12 minute walk to the beach. The wagon was very helpful. It would have been nice to see the sunset from the room. It would have been nice to have a little more toilet paper, paper towel, Kleenex, trash bags, zip locks, foil, salt/pepper and detergent. We had to buy all of that and haven't had to do that with other places we rented via VRBO. Overall, though it was a lovely visit. The building is well-maintained.

Marco Island Seaview

Marco Island has become my favorite vacation spot. The unit we rented (for our girls trip (4-of us)) was very nice. The grounds were very well kept, the security was top notch and overall it was a great experience. I will definitely be back to the island. The local people we met were very welcoming and we ate at some top notch restaurants. Definitly go to the Marco Island Pub for their Friday night Motown! Great crowd and lots of fun.

Beautiful view

This condo exceeded our expectations! The view is awesome. The kitchen is very well equipped, we make most meals during the week and were pleasantly surprised with the quality of kitchen equipment! The decor is perfect and oh the blinds...Awesome!! Highly recommend and would rent again and again!

Wonderful family vacation

I was worried about the key pick up process after hours for nothing! The property managers have made it clear and easy to do, even if you arrive very late. Our condo was exactly as stated, yet we were still amazed at the beach/pool/grounds views. Do make sure you utilize the beach cart stored in the owners locker. It makes the very long (but so worth it) walk to the beach manageable. That walk, and the seemingly constant strong breezes is the only reason I did not give it 5 stars in the location/neighborhood category. The breezes make the pool area a tad on the cool side. The walk to the beach is for fit people and I'd hate to drag children to and from the beach. My grown, fit family very much enjoyed our stay on what has to be one the most beautiful beaches I've seen. The shelling is a blast. Thank you!!!

Nice condo

Enjoyed staying at this property. Very clean and updated. Construction and changing out windows in the building was very noisy during the week days. It will be more enjoyable when job is complete. Beautiful view and beach!
